I have nothing negative to say about my experience. ***** From ordering the POD on the phone, having it dropped off in December to be filled and then delivered to my new home in July. My delivery/driver Jason was ahead of schedule, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend using this company if you are ever in need. Upon opening and inspecting my contents, nothing was disturbed, out of place or broken. Thank you for taking such good care of all my belongings!!!

Had an amazing experience with PODS, drivers were professional, communicative, and quick. Everything arrived intact, didn't have a single bowl or dish broken which feels miraculous. Would 100% use them again for another move.

Super friendly and knowledgeable! We had some wires over the driveway that I hadn't even noticed, but the guy dropping the Pod off saw and made sure there was no damage. The guy who picked up thanked me for pointing it out, and things were pretty seamless. We will definitely use them again!

Horrible experience; ruined military PCS by not providing basic full weight ticket as requested and indicated in contract despite 3-month ongoing request prior to delivery. Stay away and don't believe them.

This move was my second experience with PODs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The system is amazing and the drivers/operators are skilled. They keep you informed of all phases of delivery and pick up. The phone contacts to arrange things are painless.I have to point out especially my driver, Rick, as I have now met him three times in two moves. I cannot believe how skilled and fast he was with the Podzilla. He kept me in the loop and was on time for each pick up and delivery. All that and pleasant too!
