I am on a medication that makes me very sick if I go without. On my fill date they told me I was wrong about it so I showed them my last month script to show they date. After this of course they didn't have any in stock and told me to wait a day. I go in on Saturday and there closed like it was some sick joke the pharmacist was playing with me. So I go in today and of course there out of stock once again. I've gone 3 days without my medication and very sick and they wouldn't even call the doctor for me. It's inhumane they're supposed to help people but they don't care about your well being at all and when I get names I'm calling head quarters. I'm never going there again and I highly recommend you don't either. I'd give 0 Stars if I could.

Very poor pharmacy, take a long time to fill a simple prescription, better off going to Walgreens that's what I did, they had it f.

Over the past few years this rite aid has gone down the drain, used to take an hour max for a refill now it takes 2-3 plus and when you question it you get attitude.

They lost thete manager Alice since then no one knows what they are doing called my pill in 5 days in advace called them 4 days later said waiting for dr to call next day i had no pills went they gave me 3 pills 3 days later went back they now said dr called but had to order reallywhy didnt u order when u gave me 3 pills I

Sometimes you just don't want to wait 10 minutes for your flu shot. I went in, filled out an info sheet and signed the requisite warning papers, and, bam! A high-dose flu shot (I'm clearly a senior citizen) came out with a darling pharmacist and I didn't feel a thing!

I've been using this location for around 2 years after switching from the central avenue location. I don't get how other people are writing that the pharmacists are rude or useless, I'm in there 2-3 times a month getting prescriptions for my family and myself and all the workers behind that counter have been friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers health and well being. There's been two times where my doctor's have prescribed me interacting medications and not even realized it, thank God the pharmacists did. If they have a question about any of my medicines, or are out of the certain brand I need, they CALL me before filling it, unlike other places who just fill it and then say oh sorry we are out of that and no we already filled it so you can't send it somewhere else. I have a feeling that the people complaining about this location are doing so because they tried filling a prescription early and got denied, or something similar to that because if you are taking your medicine as prescribed and picking it up every 4 weeks, or every thirty days, you would not be running into any problems. And fun fact if your insurance denies the claim, or if your insurance refuses to pay for it because it's 5 days early, it is NOT rite aids or the pharmacists fault, and if you are without insurance trying to fill it early their computer system literally "locks" you out with a message saying "too early can be filled on so and so day" that even if they did want to help you out they literally can't because their system will not process the prescriptions if it is too early. Over the last 20 years I have used maybe 3-4 of the local rite aids and Walgreens for prescriptions, and this location by far has the best staff and pharmacists.

People at this rite aid are fun to deal with. As for the pharmacy there usless. I needed something and couldn't find so I asked them. Two people behind the counter and no customer in site. But they couldn't walk 15 ft to show me it. Great customer service I hope they both get fired but they won't because customer service shouldn't matter. it's all about paying your bills and your family that's more important right. Who cares about helping the customer and doing your job right.
