Went to this Sherwin Williams today bc
My husband accidentally bought the wrong paint for our bathroom. I explained the situation to the manager, AC. He was able to to replace my paint for me. I cannot say enough about his kindness and understanding. Fast, friendly and compassionate. I love my new bathroom paint. Thanks AC & Dan! You guys rock!

I recently purchased paint from Sherwin Williams paint store in Lancaster,NY. The service was fine, however the quality of paint , for the price I paid was extremely disappointing. I purchased their top brand “Emerald” priced at $108 per gallon. If you enjoy painting, you’ll love this paint. The quality of coverage is so poor, you’ll have to paint the room twice. I only like applying one smooth even coat and be done. I have used Sherwin-Williams many,many times through the years and todays paint is nowhere near their past standards. Something has changed and not for the better.

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE! Although I have to utilize the commercial store for what I need, I initially called this location because it’s closest to me. Mike was unbelievably helpful and every time he had a new piece of information pertaining to my requests, he called me. He was friendly and professional but real. I truly do wish that I could have done my business through him and their location, however I will make sure to call him next time I need paint otherwise! Thanks again Mike!

When I dropped my wood off to order 1-Gallon of color match stain I was informed no longer than a week and it would be ready. When I contacted the store 1.5 weeks later after not hearing from them they advised they didn't know when it would be done as they haven't gotten any stain in because of COVID. They noted that other customers had been waiting weeks and still don't have theirs. While I am very understanding that COVID has cause many supply issues it was the store that set the expectation, they obviously had known about the supply issue when I dropped it off, they then made no reach-out attempts to let me know that it was going to take longer than originally advised.Fast forward a month and a half later, I again reach out to the store to check on the status and they finally have some in and will be ready in 1 hour. Great, finally! Get there AND ITS ONLY A QUART!!! The guy says he only has 1 more quart available. I stupidly take the two quarts of stain not wanting to wait another 1.5 months before I can start this project. $65. That's right - 2 quarts of interior stain cost me $65 . Never. Again.

This location is awesome. Their staff is always super helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated Brian going out of his way to color match a new red for me when I had bought one that wasn’t covering well. He took the time to make sure I got a product that I would be happy with. Well done.
