The T-Mobile store on Transit Rd has top-notch staff. Eric is a guru and has taken care of any issues we've had over the past few years.T-Mobile as a service provider has been fairly decent except for the fact that they dropped the discount for auto pay unless you bill it directly to your bank account. With the past data breaches, we will not and recommend you don't give up the security features of using your credit card for auto pay to anyone.We do plan to switch service providers partly due to this.Thanks again, Eric, for your excellent support.

Best store. Never go to another location. London is the best worker and should be a store manager. He is the only employee that has it together and knows how to be respectful

Employees don't know what they are talking about. You think you are getting a good plan and then it's not. You have to pay more for what you already had. They will tell you lower prices so they get the credit for the sale. BEWARE. T MOBILE IS A SCAM

Was considering a new iPhone and service upgrade. I have had AT&T for over 20 years. Went there first to price out a new 13 Pro Max with specific coverage in mind. Then went across the street to Verizon, my last stop was T-Mobile. Was greeted by London when I walked in immediately. Told him my parameters and he quickly and in layman’s terms spelled the plan out for me with simple pricing structure. I left to digest all the plans and figures overnight. Called him today to make sure he was available to take care of me and he was able to fit me into his schedule immediately. Handled everything in a quick, yet efficient manner. Asked if I had any questions and told me to call or stop in if any came up. I highly recommend not only this location but more importantly, London. Straight shooter, personable, and an asset to this particular store.While maybe a buck or two more a month than the second carrier I visited, he seemed the most interested in helping me make the switch and his explanation of my new plan was spot on, no double talk. Being in sales for over 20 years myself, I can spot excellence within the sales field.

I stopped hear today with a simple question about mu business plan. Very poor customer service at the store, I spoke to Jaron the manager, he had a terrible attitude. He also demanded I wear a mask even though I have a medical exemption that prevents me from wearing one.

Do your diligence prior to switching, check your phone(s) on their web site for compatibility. They will want you to trade in your phone for a free 32a galaxy phone, if you want to cancel your stuck with their phone and cost. Thank goodness I did not.Use your phone while driving? You will have dropped calls. Traveling rural your limited to 200 meg data roaming then your cut off for the month.Very conversive support team that will promise fixing it.The bitterness of poor network performance remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I was at this location today and a t-mobile employee Sydney Shah was taking care of me and my fiancee, we were looking to buy new phones. She was incredibly helpful and very friendly. When we decided on the phones we wanted she simply went over to the manager and asked him to get our phones for us when he had a chance and this HORRIBLE woman started to verbally assault this employee and degrade her. Sydney was very professional and walked away and when she returned this woman went at it again. This really upset us. And while Sydney was in the back this troll of a human demanded that she be reprimanded for simply doing her job. I just wanted to say that I've been going to this store for over 2 years and I've always had great service. So you can't always trust these reviews bc I witnessed 1st hand how unfair these can he.

I love this location. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and eager to help out with any questions. I love T Mobile Tuesdays because they usually give out some cool prizes. I was however disappointed at the Starbucks gift card fiasco they had last week. There is no way anyone got one Other than that I recommend you download the app and grab the freebies offered

Staff needs to be educated on their products. Sold me a prepaid phone for my 5 yr old to have access to 9-1-1 calls at home. Employee Eric told me the minutes stay on the phone for a year and told me to renew then if minutes weren’t used! I specifically said I didn’t want a trac fone because the minutes expire after 3 months. He assured me this was a great deal and idea! Well guess what the phone was cancelled!! Very upset! I am now getting a landline phone- these people just want the sale! Beware!
