This store used to be a great location to shop. However, it has taken a sharp turn for the worse. For the last few years, the store has been a mess, and stock carts are blocking lanes. The shelves are empty, and service is nonexistent. Can't believe I am saying this, but you are better off at Walmart

This used to be the nicest target in the area. In the last year or so this location has fallen apart. Aisles loaded with carts and pallets. They need help. If there is a corporate team that goes out to stores and helps them out this location really needs it.

Not sure why anyone would want to come to this location, having worked at a Target this is the worst location I have been to. Pallets of random items all over, some not even piled safely. I have been come periodically to this location ever since moving to Lancaster and only come here for the fact it's only a couple miles from my home and next to the Wegmen's we shop at.

Target. I doubt anyone with any influence at that store will read this , much less act on it but here goes. I witnessed today the girl who sits at the Tech Desk ( 5/30/23 at around lunchtime ). I've witnessed this same girl multiple times do the same thing, She talks loudly either to a coworker or this time on a pair of Apple AirPods and uses curse words like they're going out of style. I heard her tell the person on the other end S*it, F*CK, Motherf*cker and other such abuses of English and this was LOUD. Like I was over in the toys and could hear what she was saying. I didn't have my kids with me or I would have made a scene in the store, but there were other parents nearby with Kids who would clearly been able to hear what she was saying. If you're the employee in question reading this....DO BETTER. And if you're a Target Employee in charge of this girl, she needs some coaching.

I went to this location to look for a phone case because I had broken mine the night before. I didn't have my hearing aids on (I am mostly deaf) because those were also broken. A worker comes charging at me like a hippo waving her hands and pointing at me looking angry. This caught me of guard because I didn't even do anything. I was having a confused look on my face because WTF? When I focused on her lips, I caught "don't act dumb, stop connecting to speakers". I wouldn't have even heard the speakers that day because once again I didn't have my hearing aids so it would be useless to even go over there. When I told her her I was deaf she just looked dumbfounded and walked away.

Went to target to buy an IPad because there website said that they had them in stock but when I got to the tech department I was told that "all their apple products are locked in back stock" and that "they broke the key and that it probably won't get fixed for a couple days if I'm lucky". Not the best experience today.

Stopped for shampoo and conditioner found in a short period of time they have a lot of great products used self check out because lines were long did a good job pat on my back

Stopped in to pick up a few Cartwheel finds and of course my Target Gift cards for the annual sale. They had plenty to choose from and the store was clean, well kept and the associates were very helpful If you may have that person difficult to shop for of the teen gamer who can't find the games needed. Grab a card or some so they can take advantage of a good deal. I love how they are handling the social distancing. There is plexiglass and lines with markers as reminders. They are enforcing the wearing of masks and the bonus is the starbucks

This store is a joke!! They're quick to reach out when they get a bad survey but definitely don't care to resolve the actual issue!! I submitted their survey and got emailed almost immediately, then I reply and it's been nearly 5 days and haven't heard back. They might have only sent the email to check off whatever box they needed to as a way to ""resolve" the issue!! Wegmans is next door, Walmart is across the street and so is Tops! Do yourself a favor folks, shop elsewhere! To be fair I've spent over a couple hundred $$$ in just the last week or so, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere and closing my Red Card solely because of this location!! Farewell bullseye as an insider your company has let me down!! Proof is in the pictures folks!! Remember if you don't have proof these days folks think you're a liar!

I prefer this Target to all the others in the area, it's easy to get to and located around a lot of other stores and restaurants. They are always able to deliver for me with their same day pickup, and I have rarely cancelled any of my orders. When I go to pick up the orders the line always moves very fast. I also love using the target app inside the store to find more savings!

Really aggravated. A mix up with a toy, so I've been driving to target to target and the recording says they are open until midnight and I showed up at 11:40pm and the lights are off. I put something on hold at the CHEEKTOWAGA store today, go to pick it up and it's the wrong item. Of course they don't have the right item in stock. They said Cheektowaga does, I said this IS Cheektowaga, she said no this is "Walden". I said where is "Cheektowaga" then? She tells me on Transit... that's in DEPEW. I race over there (after calling and the recording says they are open until 11:59) only for it to be closed.

Literally the best place to chill with the bros. Go on down to the video game section and find the Nintendo switch. Between Mario kart and Mario tennis you will have fun for hours. Ignore the looks from the employees and other customers as you dab after a perfect are in Tennis or getting the dub in Mario kart.

I bought Apple Watch in online on Dec,31,2016 but they took money from my bank. I got confirmation letter from Target. After that, I got another mails that one was out of stock. They already took my money but they did not refund until now. That one was out. Why hold my money until 2 days!
