Store not clean bought apples got home and took bite was brown and mushy tried another same they were wet also like were frozen will not go there again always something with that store. Going to shop wegmans always better quality and no issues

I’m a little surprised by the negative reviews for this location. This has been MY neighborhood Tops for the past fifteen years or so. Every employee I’ve ever encountered here has been friendly, helpful and courteous, from Customer Service to the Pharmacy to the Deli to the Front End. The store is clean, organized and well laid out. Sure, people have good days and bad days, but I’ve never encountered anything other than a wonderful experience. I think they’re doing a terrific job. I don’t know how many folks read grocery store reviews, but this Tops deserves a better rating. Keep up the great work!

This tops is the worst tops around. Literally everytime I go shopping and item is either moldy,bad, expired or ect. Today I bought milk and there was a whole in the bottom,it leaked all overy trunk. I give up on this tops

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
My experience was great until I went to cash out. The cashier rolled her eyes at me because she had to take her eyes off of her phone to cash us out. She had a HORRIBLE attitude and insisted that my daughter’s stuffed animal that is clearly not new was store merchandise. If she is this miserable she should probably find a new job

If they had negative stars, That's what they would get. How can you take care of their customers, if they don't have employees working to take care of them.. apparently they let all their employees who know how to slice meat in the meat department go home at 3:00 in the afternoon??? And not have other employees that know how to do that task because they're union?? I would think it's more important to take care of their customers... I will never shop at another Tops again !!! At least a manager should be trained how to accomplish that task to take care of a customer if need me what a bad sense of business! How sad!!

Went shopping early afternoon on Monday and was shocked they had only one cashier on, apparently after inquiring a girl was on lunch. The line was down the aisle as well as self checkout. Customer service had no one there either. Very disappointing. I watched a clerk putting up price tags in an aisle instead of cashing customers out. I will not be returning there again.

There are never enough check out lines open. The management are a pathetic group nobody wants to work for. The employees are all miserable and hate their jobs. The fruit is always rotten. There is also a miserable old lady working the deli with no teeth. Expired food everywhere. Horrible store!

Tops is a nice store Great Staff. Groceries Galore. Be a TOPS CARD HOLDER & get some discounts. Gas Station too. Flowers, Lottery played here, Red Box here too. You must come and see for Yourself. Ray and Margie H.
