Sushi Bar is disgusting food they ever makes. They make stomach upsets. I think, they didn't use right instructions or right ingredients. Please make sure they make a healthy foods that they using in their Sushi.

I live about 5 minutes from this store and it's the 3rd time today,on separate occasion that I've gone in to pick up something that's in your ad. To be told they're filling orders first. Mind you I worked for Tops 18 years, so you should make sure you have items for people to buy in the store besides orders. The one at Broadway and penoria doesn't seem to have a problem. What a way to miss out on business. I'll take my business elsewhere

Every time I go to this tops it’s always because it’s my last option, it is extremely uncomfortable as a black person to go shopping in this store because you feel like you’re every move is being watched and they make you feel like you’re doing something wrong. Just the other day I was at the self checkout scanning my items and a random employee comes over to me and starts touching my stuff and watching me check out even tho I only had like 3 things, she didn’t even say a word to me just stood there watched me like a hawk with a mean look on her face. On another occasion my boyfriend and I came to this tops to buy our baby her formula, I initially asked for 11 cans on formula but one of the employee advised me that they can only sell me six at a time and she said it would be fine if I did 2 transactions so then I asked her for six cans , she walked away and went into a room so we assumed she was going to get the formula for us but then she come out of the room with nothing and walks right past us so then we asked someone else for the 6 cans of formula, she walks away and comes back after about 10 minutes with only 2 cans in her hand and then tells us we are only allowed to buy 2 cans a day and that we can not do multiple transactions, so instead of arguing with these people we decided to just go to Walmart. Things like this happen almost every time I go to this tops. Pretty much almost all of the staff always have a bad attitude so I would suggest just not even asking for help or just going to a different store.

Junkie cashiers? Every time I go to this location the cashiers are visibly to high to work the register!!! Do better Tops!!!

I am done with this Tops. The store is always filthy dirty. The produce is always rotten or goes bad the next day you bought it. We bought beef yesterday at this location. Went to cook it today and it was already spoiled. Should have been pulled. This is the worst tops I have been to!

What is up with your cashiers and being the absolute worst? I came in today to do an Instacart order and it's register 7, Joseph, who I have cashing me out. Allow me to just say, what a pathetic display. Not only was he incredibly rude, but he wasn't even keeping himself presentable! When I left the store, I tried to make a call expressing my frustration as his demeanor ruined my afternoon. Pro tip, shop at the Wegmans down the street and as for you Tops, if you want to succeed instead of constantly being under the shadow of better stores, maybe fire the people holding you back as opposed to keeping them around. It's people like Joe that are leeching your success away, innit.

So, I usually go to the Wegmans down the road, but I had to stop at the Tops here. Holy hell what a HORRIBLE decision I made today, the guy on the register (I forgot his name but he had like a tooth missing(?) so he's probably not hard to miss) was not only slow, but was also extremely unpleasant and just looked like a damn hobo! I asked him how his day was as he was looking a little glum and he just said "Do you have your store card?" And I was so taken back as to how uncaring this one was. I see all the other cashiers and they're all so nice, but this rotten apple needs to go! Another employee who was watching apologized for his poor behavior, but it's clear to me that I will NOT be coming back! I wouldn't be surprised if he's stealing from you guys, just get rid of him as his toxic demeanor is bringing down the entire store. No wonder why kids today don't wanna work, this guy is a downright disgrace to all workers everywhere. SHAME ON YOU, CASHIER!

TOPS is a great place to shop for food. This place is always clean and has a wonderful produce and meat department. In some stores you have to cook your meat right away or it will start turning brown but not TOPS their meat is so fresh if you need to wait a day or two you can.

So this is the 2nd review I've had to leave. They took my first review down!!Placed a cake order 3 days in advance with a guy named Maverick. Had to choose a basic cake because he said he couldn't find the "kits" for the "theme" birthday cakes. Whatever. So we proceeded to choose the options for 2 basic cakes to be ready for pickup Saturday at 11am. When we arrived for pickup, we were told they have no cake order, and insisted we must have ordered it at a different location. NO! It was ordered here, at this location, with THAT GUY STANDING RIGHT THERE, NAMED MAVERICK!! He obviously never put in the order forms, and now my boys will have no cake for their party today. No apology, no customer service, no solutions offered. NOTHING. Maverick and 2 other bakery employees stood there, arms folded with little to say about the whole thing. I guess your mistake is now my problem to solve. Thank you Tops for letting my family down and ruining my kids birthday.Never again will I return to Tops. Ever.
