Supposed to open at 9 and its 9:10 and no one is even in the parking lot and all lights are off inside and doors are locked.

I want to give a big thank you to Wansi, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable during my recent phone purchase. I was feeling quite anxious especially going through this without one of my daughters by my side but Wansi made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
In addition to buying a new phone, I needed to deactivate my late father’s phone and purchase and set up an internet gateway. Wansi walked me through every step with kindness and understanding. Even when I had to dig deep into my memory for passwords 😂 and call both of my daughters who live in different states!, Wansi remained patient and supportive.
Wansi truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

We were extremely happy with our experience last week coming into your store. Brandon was a delight to work with.. He was patient, looked into options, and was very friend!y. We just came from the Orchard Park corporate store and did not have a good experience, he made this so pleasant for us. My daughter was extremely happy to be able to upgrade into a different phone because of no more storage left on her phone. I would highly recommend the store and seeing Brandon, who was awesome to work with!
