“Buying jewelry can be overwhelming especially when you are dealing with something sentimental. My husband and I were shopping around for a new setting for my original engagement diamond and we weren’t having much luck. That all changed when we met Sarah!! She was welcoming, really listened to what I was looking for and not once did she try to push me in a different direction. Together we found EXACTLY what I was looking for, literally what I had pictured. When it was all said and done we had decided to get a custom setting and I couldn’t have been more excited. Sarah’s communication during this whole process was beyond what you would expect. She updated me at every step, made sure I received a video of the ring rendering and genuinely seemed to be as excited as I was. It was such a pleasure dealing with her that we wait 2 extra days to pick up the ring just so we could make sure she was available when we went. The ring came out GORGEOUS, 1000/10 no complaints!!
