I am prescribed a med that is fairly stigmatized (on top of several other scripts) and also regularly out of stock. I’ve always been treated well and have never had to go without any of my meds. I’ve had several pharmacies I visited over a period of months in NYC, Pittsburgh, and Key West. This is the best one out of all of them by far. Thank you guys! You truly make a difference in my life.

I switched from here years ago due to a prescription I had that was a pain in the butt and recently came back after the steady downward decline of the other pharmacy on the opposite corner (cough-Walgreens)
If only I had come back sooner. Like Wegmans customer service in general, the pharmacy is AMAZING! The staff goes above and beyond, even when transfer issues occurred that were on my former pharmacy- they took care of it. They also helped find me affordable options when my insurance wouldn’t cover b-12 shots(they paid for me to go to office but not administer myself) or my migraine meds (despite being in range for refill) it’s a level of quality and service one doesn’t see in retail, especially in such a consistent basis.

Generally, everyone is super friendly and go out of their way to get scripts filled for me. However, there is one bad apple who arrived recently who is very condescending and feels it necessary to talk down to customers.

I have this thing when traveling where after a few days I NEED VEGETABLES and restaurant portions won't cut it for me, so we find a local grocery. Cooking in traditional hotel rooms obviously has an added level of difficulty, which is why I loved how many prepared food options Wegmans offered! I was able to choose from full size salads, lots of pre roasted veggies, full entrees, sushi and more! I didn't need to settle for plane microwaved broccoli thanks to Wegmans prepared foods!

(3.5) ~ good overall conventional grocery store, but this Wegmans is not as Big as the ones I've been to in PA; MD & VA and so it doesn't have as good of a selection of products.

The prices in this store are really going up fast. I will no longer purchase any of the prepared foods. They have priced themselves out of my budget. Today, the store was out of 8 of 11 items I drove here for. There is a man who "shops" here, tall, in his late 60s, white hair, no glasses usually, and he is here every time I shop. He helps himself to the daily paper at the checkouts, without paying, and takes it to the dining area. He usually buys a cup of coffee. Today, he helped himself to a free bowl of soup, picking all of the veggies and meat out for his bowl, took crackers and walked to a table. He then helped himself to a free beverage. He never paid. He reads the paper for free, eats a free lunch, and leaves. Blows my mind. If I can see this every time I shop here, why can't any of the various managers and employees convening about the store see it? I also got home with my groceries and an item I paid for was not in the bag. C'mon, Wegmans, you can do much better. I will drive to Dick Rd next time.

HORRIBLE! I DROPPED OFF MY SIBLINGS MEDICATION, They told me 20 minutes til i can pick it up, HOUR LATER THEY TELL ME 25 MORE MINUTES IM OUTRAGED IM RUSHING TO WORK AS IT IS SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE!
