“I showed up at Jim Whites Truck and Auto Center on a Thursday afternoon with a not so positive outlook on how the experience was going turn out, mainly because I didn't think my credit scores were very good and I didn't have anything for a down payment. Richard asked me a few questions about my situation and was very understanding, he jumped right into action and started talking about lenders he works with and suggested Sothern Chautauqua FCU. He explained some of the programs and discussed how they would help my chances for an approval. He said he worked with this credit union often and reached out to one of the loan agents Amanda who worked so fast to go over my loan. Amanda got back to me the next day as soon as the approval went through. “I got a chip in my windshield from something that flew off a semi. Of course I called West Herr Glass because I want the EXACT same glass that came with my Subaru when I first bought it. I learned a number of years ago when I had damage to my VW Bug windshield and took the recommendation from my insurance company...that not all windshield glass is the same. I used to listen to a Toronto radio station and with the VW glass repair, I couldn't get it any longer. So, I don't fool around. I go to the source and get the same glass as was damaged. And I was not out of pocket any money. The best glass! Great service! Wonderful staff! What's to think about??!”

“This place is a life savior. I was stuck stranded over six hours from home with broken wheel stud and a bad tire. These guys had no problem fitting me into replace my studs and they even found an exact match for my tire. All of this took less than four hours despite being super busy and having to order my tire and the cost was much lower than I was expecting. Additionally, while I was there I watched the GM/ Owner help an older fellow fill up his tires with air free of charge and without hesitation. Additionally, all the locals we talked to in the waiting room seemed to be repeat customers who seemed to have a personal relationship with the shop and its people. Lastly, a small detail but something I think that speaks to this shop's professionalism, they even put my spare tire and my jack back into its organizers instead of just setting them in my trunk.”

“As one of the fewer options farther south from the city, razor has superior craftsmanship especially in exhaust welding and better prices than discount muffler shop chains in Buffalo. It’s a gem that should be supported by residents of Evans. He won’t tell you something needs to be replaced when it still has life left, but he will give you a quote on what to expect if and when it fails. The fact they don’t try to upsell you and use blunt honesty for the issue your vehicle is facing has made me a repeat customer.”
