“Very friendly, had some tires put on and one of the electric valve stems wasn’t registering when I got the car back. So I brought it back and I thought I’d have to buy another stem regardless, but they said they cleaned it off and put back on and it worked and they didn’t charge me a thing for it. “I got a chip in my windshield from something that flew off a semi. Of course I called West Herr Glass because I want the EXACT same glass that came with my Subaru when I first bought it. I learned a number of years ago when I had damage to my VW Bug windshield and took the recommendation from my insurance company...that not all windshield glass is the same. I used to listen to a Toronto radio station and with the VW glass repair, I couldn't get it any longer. So, I don't fool around. I go to the source and get the same glass as was damaged. And I was not out of pocket any money. The best glass! Great service! Wonderful staff! What's to think about??!”

Brought car in for oil change too and he made sure I had my inspection updated, fluids topped and other recommendations for the vehicles. Comfortable taking our vehicles there and don’t feel heckled to get things that are not necessary add ons which is much appreciated! “John and his mechanic(s) at Johnny P's are the best!! My car needed rear breaks and rotors and a passenger brake caliper. I called on Monday, and john go me scheduled for the next day!! I had my car back right after work the same day. I thought I needed front pads and rotors, so I was ganna scheduled for it to be done, but the great mechanic mentioned to john the front pads and rotors were good still. (Could have gotten me for a front brake job) but they are very honest and told me the fronts are just fine!! This is now my go to place for work on my Cadillac!! Keep up the great work Johnny P's!! Go to remove the bed and the 4 center bolts seized in there. Reached out to them the next day, and not only did they take care of me, they took care of me that day so I could finish my install so I could pull my camper this weekend. “As one of the fewer options farther south from the city, razor has superior craftsmanship especially in exhaust welding and better prices than discount muffler shop chains in Buffalo. It’s a gem that should be supported by residents of Evans. He won’t tell you something needs to be replaced when it still has life left, but he will give you a quote on what to expect if and when it fails. The fact they don’t try to upsell you and use blunt honesty for the issue your vehicle is facing has made me a repeat customer.”

Between the service and hospitality these young men have brought a totally different Mavis experience to this location. I dont wanna go anywhere else for tires. They were so kind and got my front tires done in less than a hour, and I called to make a appointment that same hour. This isn't even my Google account I had to use someone else's bc I already left a review. just had to share that while Josh and thaddeus are there you know you're gonna be taken care of.
