these people are total scum. accused me of non rent payment, had my check in their hand, i defended myself, they cashed the check the next morning and sent a vacation notice because i spoke up for myself. the ticker starts on nov first, and if i drag it out - the process feasibly takes about 56 days. go ahead and do some math there if youd like. total garbage

I don’t ever recommend renting from them nice people nice houses but if you have a problem with your people that’s in the house they do nothing about it only thing they say is it takes 4 to 6 months to put somebody out even if they’re not paying rent and also knowing that the person was a problem before you moved in. it took until I gave them a 30 day notice for them to remove all of the stuff that is hazardous and my daughter almost cut her self on

I currently rent from them they are absolutely amazing ..from maintenence to renting absolutely great group of people me and my son thank you guys
