We chose Gotcha Covered because they were a local company and also because of their reviews. So glad we did! Shannon took the time we needed to choose just the right window treatments based on our needs. The blinds are excellent quality.Shannon kept us updated on the process of the order every step of the way.The install was seamless.We have received many compliments on the new treatments.I would highly recommend gotcha, covered to anyone who Is looking to update or create new window treatments.They operate with a professionalism and style that used to be the standard years ago. I love my new laundry room window treatment. The entire process was efficient and easy with Shannon’s assistance. She provided guidance and expertise as well as really listened to what I envisioned for the space. I’m so glad to have found this company and will happily use them again!

Shannon was great. The shades came out exactly how we wanted. We couldn't be happier. Installation was fast and they were very clean and put mats down under where they worked.

We had a great experience with Gotcha Covered!! They installed a roller shade in our sun room that is absolutely beautiful. In addition, they installed window treatments for all the 2nd fl bedrooms that came out great!! Our children love the new look and feel of their rooms. Shannon was gracious enough to provide little matching pillows with the new window treatments at no extra cost, which was so sweet and unexpected. I look forward to working with them again in the future!!

I love my new vertical blinds with sheers! Shannon has a fantastic selection of fabrics and styles. She is very low-key -- no pressure. She was prompt for appointments and very responsive. It was great to get personal attention in my home to see how fabrics look in my space with my lighting. She took care of the installation process and was very tidy. I highly recommend getting blinds with her.

Shannon with gotcha covered of WNY was so easy to work with. She came with ideas for me and real size samples!! Shades came in exactly when she said and install was quick and easy (13 windows!)! Highly recommend!
