“Make sure to make an appointment. Go early if you want it to be on time. Later appointments can run late and you might be there waiting for awhile. The ladies here are very busy and are good at taking the blood samples, quick and not painful. I was not thrilled this year when I was told incorrect information by the tech and had to come back several times. If you are getting special tests you might be on your own to research and see what you can get, if you need an alternative and to make sure the codes match up. I understand the tech might not know but say so and direct me to corporate or online don’t say the tests are illegal in NYS.”
“I have a history of fainting during blood work, so was dreading this. Phlebotomist Becky was so caring and so professional she put me at ease and got everything I needed, and before I knew it, the appt was over! Highly recommend this place.”
“Great place, very fast.No idea about the open at 8am complaint in the other reviews, as I was there at 9am.Be sure to bring your physical copy of your blood work script, the wait isn't long at all, unlike at Quest Labs. I'd definitely recommend.”
