I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. Adding copies of BOLs, PRO Numbers and in transit auto updates by email of shipment routing and delivery status is proactive and reduces the number of calls and follow ups and sharing info customer and consignees makes there lives easier too.Used Estes Express for years and the local terminal staff and managers have.been very helpful tour customer success.”
