I have worked in the service industry all my life and can tell you the people at this credit union provide some of the best service I have ever received. “Went to the M&T Bank over in East Syracuse. I needed to have my letter notarized. They told me that I would have to make an appointment with the person that does that. This was about 11:00 or 12:00 in the morning and the appointment that they were going to give me would be at 2:00 in the afternoon. I said that I lived a distance from this Bank and stop there because I had an appointment in that area at that time. I asked if there was another M&T Bank close by that I could go to. They told me there was one in Fayetteville. My son took me over to the Fayetteville branch and I asked if I had to have an appointment to have the notary sign the letter that I needed signed and they told me, "No you don't need an appointment." I had it signed right away by "Erica I Bye" Assistant Vice President, Senior Relationship Banker. I was very impressed with this Bank. It's a little bit closer to where I live so I will probably be going here or the Canastota M&T branch.”
