100% recommend the geek squad service here. Brought in my PC for some repairs, both Joe and Donte were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in talking through repair options and diagnostics. Got my PC fixed up and components installed in no time. Appreciate the help!

AVOID PURCHASING APPLIANCES. I Bought a Refrigerator on May 9th was delivered May 16, 4 days later fridge quit working water from ice all over my floor. After roughly 2 hours on the phone and 5 different representatives I still couldn't get a replacement. Reached out to Ross Mooney who's team was more responsive and got replacement sent. Second fridge delivered with a big dent and after another go around finally got a pick up scheduled for June 15. Delivery just got canceled! I tried calling the Dewitt NY store 4 times using 4 different extensions and in every case was transferred to a national number. Avoid purchasing an appliance here.

It's the only store in the area. I bought my computer and all additions there, along with the geek squad contract. Had a problem with a component. The geek wouldn't even take a look at it. Suggested I take it up with the manufacturer. Why did I pay for geek squad?

Myles in home entertainment helped me a few times but today with an external hard drive . He always has such a positive attitude. Definitely a pleasant shopping experience

I stopped in to Best Buy to get a replacement screen protector for my phone. I was very happy with the employee Carlos he knew what he was doing was very polite and dealt with myself in another customer at the same time leaving no one unintended. I like that they return the screen protector and you don't have to do it yourself and pay for shipping....

I think best buy has the worst customer service on the planet. Called to get an installation done for my remote starter since it's included in the order, spent 2 hrs on the phone and no service. Why having installation included but no where to get it installed? I'm done with them. They are so rude and unprofessionals. Less than zero star for customer service.
