I love Buff City! The only soap and laundry detergent I will use. My favorite scent is magnolia and I love that these products are clean and chemical free!

I've been here a couple of times, I don't recommend going in if smells hurt your head, but if you don't mind that I really like the products they sell. I have several of their soaps, which if you take care of them properly they last a long time, and they lather very well. I have one of their body butters and it's made my skin the softest it's ever been, and it smells so good. The store is always clean and the employees are nice. Overall I recommend this place

Sarah was very helpful today with a transaction I had. She went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered about the deal going on. This is so hard to find in customer service. I ended up with many great items and I always love how soft my hands feel after using the soaps.

I usually love this store and have always had pleasant experiences when I lived in the area 2 years ago. I visited for the first time since then and went out of my way to visit. I arrived at 6:33pm on 4/24 when google their hours were open until 8pm. There was a sign on the door that they close at 6:30pm.
I returned the next day as I was super excited to do my shop and I was surprised by how rude and not attentive the sales person was. I asked a few questions and she was very condescending and appeared as if I was bothering her. The cashier was very pleasant but I could feel the tension in the store. Hopefully just a one-off visit but was very surprised .

We did a soap making party for bath bombs. It was a lot of fun. Nikki did a great job talking our young group through the steps and helped make it a memorable experience.

Just left your Dewitt location. Drove here from Liverpool to get a bottle of spray Shower Oil. All 3 girls were sitting at the counter. Never said “hello” or “can I help you find something?” I walked around for 10 minutes. Walked up to the Register so that I could ask a question. When I complained about the service, the chubby, pink hair girl who I’m assuming is the Manager(by the way…was having a personal phone call while I was walking around.) told me “Don’t come back!!” Great business, terrible staff. Theses girls will cause you to close that business and it’s unfortunate. You have great product. It is also unfortunate that The won’t be back. If I were you, I would post their positions.

I have enjoy the products from this store, so I was more disappointed by a recent trip there to return a defective item (packaging prevented soap from being dispensed). I walked in, there were no other customers, just me and one store employee. I walked to the register. She did not get up from her chair at the other end of the store. She just looked at me. Then finally yelled out loud asking me what I needed, instead of meeting me at the register. It was uncomfortable. I explained that I had a return, she rose from her chair then to walk toward me and ask me to show her the item. When I did, she said "oh yeah, that happens sometimes to those bottles". Since she admitted that it was a known problem, I thought she would understand why I wanted a return...but no, she just stood there giving me a hard time. Typically, you would expect a retailer to apologize for the inconvenience of making a return, particularly since she just told me it was a known problem. I asked firmly again. She said she would talk to a manager. She finally returned and offered a gift card. I am a reasonable customer, not difficult, but this was no kind of treatment...very unexpected.

I go in there asking for a scent that another store made for me. The young girl with crazy hair was so rude to me and said well we don’t have that and gave me a nasty answer back like screw you. I said well last time I was in here they called that store and got what they needed to make some of that scent for me. I will not return to this store ever again. She was rude, acted like she hated her job and she should not even be working there!!!! Worst customer service and clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect and dignity. This store is awful and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!

Was not happy with my customer service or quality of product. There were two 4 for $20 bath bombs signs above the bath bombs. When I went to buy the total was $30 with no explanation other than that the special was not for that current day. When I left the store there was no description on the signs for when the sale was. When I had my son use the bath bomb residue was left in the tub and an oily substance. Unfortunately the whole situation was really disappointing. Will not be returning. :(

this is NOT a quality bath bomb. Didn’t float. Put off 0 color. The very little color it did put off Stained me And my tub. And it was a $7 bath bomb, and while it smelled good, I’m very disappointed. Left the water looking absolutely disgusting. And left something very oily and slippery residue. I tried cleaning my tub out with cleaning products and it won’t come out. It’s clear they use non cosmetic grade mica to make these bath bombs. I took a video but it won’t let me post it here. The soap from this store however was great.

No one else was in there and the employees still could not do the job correctly. I saw long hairs on the unwrapped soaps - gross!!

First time there and the worker was very nice. Great customer service. Smells wonderful in there, of course. The displays are well thought out. Very cute shop. Will go back again.
