This was probably one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever seen anywhere. The employees laughed at me when I told them that my club was broke and they were down right rude. Pretty much accused me of breaking it on purpose to try and get it warrantied. I just bought the club in may of this year I would imagine that it would last longer than a few months. One of the employees said “there’s nothing we can do but don’t worry you can just buy a new club head and we can put it on your shaft”. That doesn’t help at all and just made it seem like they wanted me to buy more stuff. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

This is a great store with a lot of equipment. I was able to do a fitting with Rick Cummins, Master Club Fitter, and he was great. Sometimes its difficult to find a good fitter that will work with you for slight modifications or when you have extensive questions about the product. Highly recommended and worth it!

Good place to shop for golf equipment. On the negative side their online booking app to reserve a date and time to use the simulator is extremely to use. It’s not user friendly for senior like myself and people at checkout are unwilling or too busy to help me navigate the app.
Also I bought a pair of golf shoes here earlier this month. They are Adidis brand. Very comfortable to wear but very difficult to keep clean. As you can see in the pics they stain easily and cannot be cleaned. I tried 3 times to clean them.
This is not a criticism of Golf Galaxy but be careful what you buy. Not all their products are worth purchasing.

Richard is absolutely the best for providing direction on buying new clubs. He is the absolute best. I wouldn't actually deal with anyone else as his professionalism and personality make you want to only shop here! The front counter could use personality when entering the store as it is very cold though and you don't feel like your a real golfer until you see Richard!

I don’t have much to say about the store in general, but the staff are top of the line. Rick has taken care of order issues I’ve had in the past without even asking. Donovan was extremely thorough in the fitting process and absolutely made sure I was choosing the correct club. Tom is an excellent coach. I’ve had a few lessons with him and he is very good at translating pro skills to an average golfer. He keeps you engaged throughout the entire lesson to ensure you’re following along. He’s not impersonal either. He remembers you when you come back to the store and asks you how the lessons are translating to play on the course. All in all if you’re in this area this is the place to go.

Funny going in this place if you aren't dressed like a fruit cake, I work construction yet still enjoy golf. Yeah, imagine that! The looks I get and lack of quality customer service make me go elsewhere for my golfing purchases. Well stocked store but overpriced as always. Get your stuff together guys, you could be a much better store than you are.

Couldn't get anyone to help me. Rather than leave and go elsewhere, I asked the front counter if I could get someone to sell me a set of irons. Rick took me to see what I wanted and signed me up for a fitting.

Had a year old Taylor Made A wedge break at the middle of the grip. Not from throwing the club or any other abuse. Took it out of the golf bag on my 1st day on a golf vacation in Canada and found it damaged. ???????? Golf Galaxy fixed it for me.
