It took 5 visits with them and written documentation from another mechanic for them to finally believe me when I said they installed a bad tire on my car.
Still haven’t gotten comped for much other than themselves looking at it (and not figuring it out). There was a pre-existing warranty on the tires, but that’s not a comp for anything. The biggest joke of it all is that they ended up replacing it with another (less) bad tire from the same batch that they previously mounted on my car so I’m still left with a tire with a bulge. ?

I’ve been going to the Midas shop on Erie Blvd for about 10 years because they, particularly Shane Hale, have always been on time, do not pressure for extra work, and can be trusted to give fair costs when extra work is warranted.

I experienced a tire emergency 1 1/2 hours from home and late in the afternoon. Although I could tell they were busy, the service manager at the DeWitt Midas got me right in, had my tire fixed within an hour, and I was back on the road. He even gave me advice for future maintenance needs. Thank you so much, you guys are great!

Shane and the crew did an amazing job on replacing my mid pipe on my exhaust. They made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Told me everything I'll need to service in the near future with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back as they are fair with their prices. I would deff recommend to anyone needing service.

Jerry and Shane are amazing. As a female it's hard to trust mechanics. I've been taking all my different cars here and I've never been disappointed.

Amazing customer service I had an oil change done and some settings were mistakenly changed and I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me went in and the gentleman who was there looked at my vehicle right away and reset the system to factory settings after exhausting all other possibilities and it fixed the problem. Saved me I don’t know how much if I would have had to call the dealer and saved me the headache of it all. Will definitely be going back to them for every oil change and most likely everything else as well absolutely top notch service. I can’t thank you enough

Shane and his staff do a wonderful job..noticed my car inspection was overdue..called Shane..said bring it in now! Within 2 hours I was on my way home with a new inspection sticker!..

Shane got us right in this morning to check our tire. Within a half hour we were out and on our way and that's replacing the tire. Great friendly service! Thanks guys!
