I believe I could go on on on, but anyway Austin is a considered employee and Spectrum should be very proud of having him.

Naz has the patience of a saint. They worked hard to resolve my issue and got me saving money with Spectrum Mobile. Five stars highly recommend.

Was in the store to return equipment on Oct 8. I counted a total of 5 employees, maybe 6. Only 2 were working serving customers. There were 6 customers ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes to be seen; at that point the manager manned another desk so that a total of 3 employees were providing service; there were now 11 customers in the store waiting for service. I don't know why they wouldn't have all employees on deck serving customers with wait times like this.
On a good note, one of the employees, the only woman employee working, was super helpful and great to work with. I counted her processing 6 customers while the other employee had processed 1 in the same timeframe. This young woman was awesome.
Next visit I'll give their reservation system a try if I can't find another internet provider in the meantime.

Was just in the Erie Blvd. store and Austin assisted me in turning in some equipment and handling a second account. I was extremely pleased that I could get two issues solved so quickly

Went in with cracked phone screen causing non operation of most functions, and need phone for my business
Naz was my assistant, I would give Naz 10 stars if it were possible.
Was done in little time with new phone and all apps and data transferred completely.
Flawless customer service, sweet, pleasant and informed employee. Bravo!

Nala was able to help me and my dad in a matter of minutes. switched from Cricket to Spectrum . She was amazing! Give her a raise ? ???? she was patient even when I at first was not . She explained everything from start to finish and was very proactive with our situation.

I must say, I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Nala and Byron at your DeWitt location. After months of dreading having to go in-store to upgrade my phone, I am SO glad I did!
Though my experience with Samsung and their Galaxy Flip5 has been absolutely horrendous, both Nala and Byron have moved mountains in order to help ease an inconvenience to which is no fault of their own.
On my most recent visit, I met their manager Dave who not only went above and beyond for me, but he took the time to work with Byron in discussing the different options available and ultimately suggesting what THEY believed would be the best option for me.
A+ in management skills.
I just can't say enough about that trio.... hands down, some of the best customer service I've experienced in years.
