Upgraded my phone with Austin. What a great young man! Process was easy and painless and fast! Katrina was also awesome two days later when I came to update another phone because the service was so good!

Nala is an excellent employee she helped me with my whole process and she was very nice and made it super easy!! The store was kept very clean and overall all employees were nice and helpful!!

Dealt with Nala and was beyond pleased! First time in here was not the best experience the guy lacked customer service and the wait was terrible but second time I came in I met nala and she was AMAZE BALLS!!! Enjoyed talking to a person who actually cared to try and help. She's 10 out of 10 ask for NALA!

In summary:I've lived in 3 states before and never had internet issues.I will go out of my way to never get Spectrum service again. Wasted 4.75 hours of my time and never got internet (couldn't get it set up due to my apartment, but it took 4.5 hours from me working with Spectrum to determine this). Poor communication between online and in person workers. The associate in the store should not be telling me there are coaxial connections in my apartment when I've been there and aren't any.What happened:I just moved here and have used Spectrum before, I went to Verizon first but they do not offer fast enough speeds for what I need in my apartment. I told the associate in the store that there were no coaxial connections in my apartment, but he said the computer showed there was. *There isn't, as I told them.* Come to find out, the associate also created an entirely new account, even though I told them I already had an account with Spectrum. So, I had to call and get this fixed with customer service. Because of that, I then spent over 1.5 hrs on the phone with customer service. This was partially because the representative I started with put me on hold and never came back, so I had to start over with someone new. The next customer service associate scheduled a worker to come verify there were no coaxial connections. After being on the phone with customer service again after this to schedule a "construction crew" to work with getting coaxial set up. The person that came out was just another service worker that, again, only verified there were no coaxial connections in my apartment. So, after 2 hours on the phone and having wasted another 2 hours having service workers come to my apartment I have just gotten off the phone with customer service after another 45 minutes getting a refund. I asked about a refund a week before calling the last time when I was trying to still get the internet set up. They said they could not refund me unless I completely cancel my account. OR they can only prorate me money back for when I did not have service. Now I get to drive all the way across town to return the modom and router I never even used

Absolutely fantastic Katrina helped me purchase a new phone ; a difficult time for me & she made it very easy & not complicated . She is full of knowledge & patience & kindness. To sum it up I went home & had no issues or frustrations with my phone . A wonderful happy experience thanks to a very knowledgeable kind fantastic remarkable Spectrum expert !

Nala was AMAZING!Came in with my sister to talk about the issues with losing espn as I previously tried to call but they only want to sell their mobile service instead of focus of what I'm calling for Nala made me feel so much better about spectrum she answered everything and not once did I feel pressured about any spectrum services

The associates flat out lie to your face so they can get commission. Unprofessional and rude. I was “helped” by Dharti and Angel and neither of them could take responsibility or apologize for lying about the “free cable” I was promised. 1) it’s not cable it’s a glitchy app that doesn’t work. 2) I was told it was free. When I’m reality It’s a 30 day trial. Angel told me that because he saw I have an ACP credit of $30/month on my account, that he could lie to me and say cable was free because in his mind it would cancel out. That’s not how it works. Moving forward hopefully they’ll be more honest with costumers and learn how to say “sorry” when they’re wrong.

The Manager David at the Spectrum Mobile Store on Erie Blvd. in DeWitt, NY was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional while assisting me with a new account. I had moved into a local apartment and the prior tenant had not closed out service in her name prior to exiting. It took a little bit of time and patience, but he and the Sales Associate Byron ironed out the details until it was complete and the service was in my name. They handled the challenge like a trooper and even took the time to explain to me why things had to be done a certain way to be compliant with NYS. To offer thanks for going the extra mile, I shared my Mom’s Famous Pot Roast recipe with them (so you know I left the store feeling glad about how it was handled! Make sure to leave it in the oven ‘til the meat pulls apart now, k guys?) The casserole recipe you gave me looks bomb! I’m sure it’ll be a hit at my home, too.

I changed my account from my apartment to my house. They kept my card on the old account and I've been getting charged for it for 6 months called them about it they told me theres nothing they can do. Called my bank they did not roll in my favor. Checked my account and they are still charging me. Really wish there was another internet provided around here. DO NOT GET SPECTRUM!!!!!!!

A very long wait just to exchange a motum that died...only 2 people work at this store so when there are several customers it takes a long time to be helped. Overall good customer service.

It's the worst place to serve... They always have few staff to greet customers. And they work very slowly. I hate to go to them because it would kill three hours of my time
