“I had a great experience at this Mavis location. We were able to get an appointment the very next day, which was a huge help. The person at the counter was friendly from the moment we walked in. While we waited, we could hear him dealing with computer issues that were affecting inspections, and he handled every call with real empathy. He took the time to apologize to people and explain the situation clearly, which says a lot about how he treats customers.
The shop was not the fastest that day, and it seemed like they might have been a little short staffed for the season. Even so, everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and committed to doing the job right. They took responsibility for the problems caused by the machine going down and made sure people knew what was going on.
In a world where everyone expects instant results, it was refreshing to see a place that prioritizes quality work and genuine customer service. If that is what you value, this is a great place to go.”

“I never really leave reviews but this one deserves it. I hit a deer and caused a tremendous amount of damage to my car. Insurance was being a pain and didn't want to cover OEM parts but canettas argued my case and got me the parts I needed. Their repair work was top notch and my car was basically brand new when I got it back! Love these people!!!!”

“I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.”
“Two of my tires have been losing air. I brought my vehicle in and Dunn tire checked all four tires, un mounting and checking surface of rim and remounting. One of the tires did have a small nail in it which they repaired. They worked on my car for about an hour and a quarter. There was no charge for this service. They are unbelievably great company. I highly recommend them.”

“A heater hose connection broke on my minivan 2 miles from Cicero on 481. I limped the car there and started making calls , explaining that I was headed to Penneville from three hours away in PA . After contacting several so called repair shops who wouldn’t even consider helping me , I contacted Big Mikes garage . He said he’d get me right in and three hours later I was on my way . Great guy , excellent work and fair prices . Goes to show there are still a few good guys out there , thanks again Mike !”
