I had a great shopping experience today with quick service. Hannah, the associate who assisted me, was incredibly kind and helpful. She informed me about additional rewards in the app that I wasn't aware of, saving me $20! The staff was excellent, and I received fantastic recommendations from the floor team. I ended up purchasing some Clinique skincare products after trying a tester with a beauty expert!

What a world of difference ! Let me tell you I used to avoid this particular ultra location like the plague but the last few months the store has been a total 360 stuff is stocked on time and if they don’t have it out the gentlemen who I think is one of the new managers will go look into it - super helpful and such a breath of fresh air going there now

Sarah was great when helping me at the register! I rarely get a retail associate going above and beyond and truly feel I got that from Sarah!! I wasn’t having the best shopping experience because another associate seemed like she was annoyed I asked for help and just seemed unhappy, but Sarah really saved this experience for me. Thank you, Sarah 🫶🏻

My most recent visit on the 17th was such a good experience and every time I’ve come here, I was given great service! Specifically Kay and another woman (I didn’t catch her name, I’m sorry!!!) helped me with the YSL scents, nail care advice, and were so sweet and attentive.
I plan on only coming to this location for my Ulta Beauty needs. Thank you so much for giving a 10/10 service experience!
I couldn’t find a survey link on my receipt, but I will spread the word to come visit these wonderful staff members (:

I came in panicking because I had an unexpected acne situation pop up in my face. So I immediately got help from Sydney & I explained to her what’s been going on with my skin and how I didn’t know what was causing it to react the way it was. So she immediately examined my face and told me what’s going on& suggested 2 acne treatments & she helped me till I had no questions! I loved her customer service and was willing to navigate and help me through everything. She really did make my day& the products she suggested definitely has been helping my skin out as well! Definitely give her 10/10 appreciated her so much! Such a sweet girl as well :)

Unlike others, customer service is great, the staff are ALL hard workers and if my wife loves it at Ulta, the Negative views can pee off. Costly, but great staff. Wife loves it there

The staff are awesome but the security guard borderline harassed my friends and I by continuously staring at us and following us around. It was weird because we came in, asked for something, and then paid. We interacted with the kind workers and everything, it was so scary

Great experience for birthday mini make over - manager Lee gave us undivided attention, answered a million questions and guided us to products with our budget. Definitely book ahead, it was fabulous! Thank you Lee!

I walked in for acne wash and got told I had “mature skin” multiple times despite being 31 and having zero lines, wrinkles, or age spots.I checked with my aesthetician and “mature skin” starts at 35 at the earliest, and it isn’t something that would alter what acne wash I needed.They will call you old to sell a more expensive product. 100%Not to mention the employee herself needed some under eye care to be speaking at someone that way. Glass houses.

I went on Sunday to buy a new cologne and there were nearly no bottles--it was bizarre. Almost the entirety of the perfume/cologne section was bare.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.They watched over me and followed me throughout the store as if I was going to steal something. I've been to this ulta many of times and gotten the same outcomes. I'd rather travel to an ulta across the world than come to this one on Erie blvd.
