Great building with excellent amenities! The entire staff including the doormen, maintenance staff, and leasing professionals (specifically Kevin on the leasing team) are all excellent as well.

We’ve lived at 200 Water for several years and it’s been great. In particular, the staff is really wonderful - they are helpful, kind, and keep the building clean and orderly.

I lived at 200 Water for 2 years, and absolutely loved it! The maintenance team and the doormen were always friendly and helpful and made the building feel very safe.

Lived in 200 water for 2 years and had an all around great experience. Elevators were never an issue, in fact, this building has the most elevators you'll see in a ~high rise (4 for lower, 4 for upper, 1 service). Doormen were wonderful (s/o to Jose, Nelson, Gabriel, and Argenis), handymen responded to maintenance requests often same day. Astound wifi was flaky at times, walls between units were sound proof, interior doors were thin, natural light was great. Bathroom had a consistent odd smell. The sunrises were beautiful. Price was the main reason for moving.

ZERO STARS--HORRIBLE STAFF! SHADY! They will ghost you after saying you're approved! My boyfriend and I came in the middle of August and toured some apartments with the goal to move in anywhere from Sep. 15 or Oct. 1st. We found the one we liked at 200 Water Street and Kevin started the approval process for us in the leasing office. We were over qualified for the approval process, Kevin assured us, and we submitted our documents. After going back to California to pack our stuff, Kevin became hard to reach but made sure to tell us that the apartment was off market and we would have no problems getting approved. Then after WEEKS Kevin says we need a co-signer, no problem. We give him the information and again struggle to get in touch with him. Now its a month after we started the approval process and we get an email from Kevin saying that because our co-signer didn't live in NY, it was too difficult and rejected us. After a month of reassuring us that we got the apartment and that lease documents would be sent over shortly! This left us in a horrible situation with only a week to find a place and our moving boxes labeled 200 Water st. We ended up having to sign a 6 month lease to a place (in a different building obviously) without seeing it in person before we moved in last week. The whole leasing team at Rockrose does not know what they're doing.

The entire approval process was such a breeze with the help of Kevin Hauver in the leasing office. Not only was he super available by phone/email, but he helped us through the entire process from showing the apartment to scheduling the move-in. This sort of service is not seen in most New York leasing offices. Highly Recommend all Rockrose buildings. This will be the second one I am living in!

I lived in 200 Water Street for 3 years and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. The facilities are great and the building staff is professional and responsive. Greg Brancato in the leasing office was extremely helpful and made my time living in the building exceptional. I highly recommend this building to anyone who is thinking about living there.

Had a really great experience living at 200 Water. Maintenance is super responsive, and the staff is wonderful. Zero complaints! Amazing rooftop and the apartments are much larger than any of the other buildings in the area. Definitely recommend!
