“I am not a review giving person but I feel this shop deserves five stars and beyond. I had taken my car to several places in Watertown over the course of six months. I kept getting the run around and throwing money at labor and parts that MAY fix the unknown issues. I dropped my car off at Ray’s at 8:30 in the morning and I received a phone call three hours later letting me know exactly what was wrong, the total and the parts would be ordered and my car would be done in a day. This shop has gone above and beyond for me and I wouldn’t recommend any other mechanic in the area to work on your vehicle!”
