My husband and I are extremely happy with the pond that Torii did for us. They exceeded our expectations. Zachary and his men were wonderful to work with. They were pleasant, respectful and very hard working, especially since they couldn't get any heavy equipment in our yard but they were able to use very large rocks. They let me have some of my own ideas. We highly recommend them. We will continue to purchase our koi from them, as well.

Lovely aquatic nursery with Koi and pond supplies. Beautiful selection of lilies and Lotus flowers. Koi are very reasonably priced and look very healthy. The owners are the best part of the store. Annie was so kind and helpful, she let my children feed the koi for the first time and they fell in love. Zach came by to give us an estimate for a pond; we decided to go with another contractor, but his prices are reasonable and his suggestions were very helpful. Most importantly, you can see the passion and love for what they do. Please stop by this amazing store and check them out.

I wanted to send a big thank you to Zachary Gia Nguyen at Torii Koi&Pond. My original pond was nice. About 20k gallons. However when building a few years ago a tree fell on it and I have been fighting a small leak on the side wall since. After many attempts by me and Zach to patch, I had to make the decision to break it down and start over with a new liner. There was a ton of rock to move that was Originally done with an excavator. His team of 3 showed up every day and worked their butts off. Something I thought would have been impossible to do by hand, they did in a few weeks. New pond is finally completed and I couldn’t be happier. Now close to 30k gallons and 9’ deep with tons of filtration. Bonus, all fish survived the renovation and are extremely happy in their new home with plenty of room to grow. Thank you Zach and team for everything!!

Zach’s, and his team came to my home to fix a waterfall problem I had been having for five years. The pond had a leak in it that no one could find. I reached out to Zach, and told him my problem. He told me, “ no problem, I can do it” we stayed in contact quite a bit. Then the big day came, he arrived with his team and truck. There was NO machine. I asked him, how will you move these boulders? Again, Zach said, “ no problem, don’t worry, “ I left the men to do what they came to do. They arrived on Monday late afternoon, left early Wednesday morning. My koi pond is so beautiful, I cried. Oh, did I mention, Zach and the team came from NY to Cape Cod,MA. Yes, he came five hours to help me. My husband and I feel SO blessed. We will never forget Zach, or his team. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Zach has a real passion for ponds and koi fish. Does excellent work and uses top of the line tech for filtration. Very good and fair pricing all around.

I got several estimates to build a pond in my backyard. I've been keeping fish for many years and my small pond needed an upgrade. Zachary came to my house and asked to expand the pond even larger than I had planned because he had a vision for my backyard. I have to admit that I just gave him a free hand to do as he pleased and the outcome was extraordinary. Both he and his wife are very pleasant to deal with and the fish that now fill my pond are of outstanding quality. He takes his business very seriously and comes to my house regularly to be sure that everything is running properly. I highly recommend him.

It's nice place with lots of imported Koi from Japan and carry pond supplies and Koi food as well.They also build ponds,waterfalls and all pond services.The owner is very friendly and always help to pick good quality Koi and give some good advices and answers most of the questions for pond.Highly recommended it.

Would recommend, she was able to find me 2 replacements pumps for my customers floating pond fountain, in stock took maybe 5 minutes for the same price as Amazon. Very nice woman will be using them for all my pond needs.

Hired Zachary to install a new pump and filter for us in our existing koi pond. He damaged the liner and put a hole in it causing the water to drain. When called him back he didn't want to take responsibility on anything. When installing the new filter he pumped the water right out into the front lawn, flooding my neighbor's lawn as well. Unfortunately he is a rip-off and charged us $1,300 for the work but the pond is completely damaged, when I called him about the leak he said he doesn't fix leaks. He would only reinstall new liner costing over $10 grand. Overall, be very careful and don't fall for this rip off. There are other pond professionals, I would recommend do your research before.

Highly recommended,Zach @ Torii Koi and pond just did upgrade for my pond,my wife and I love it.My previous pond was not deep enough for my Koi and the water was never clear,we couldn’t enjoy the Koi.Zach did a new pond for my friend also,and my friend referred him to me..We are so happy with my pond now,the water is so clear even though we feed my Koi 3-4 times a day.I purchased some Koi from him after my pond is finished and he also gave us couple ones.They are very healthy and active,growing so fast..My wife now spends most of the time in the backyard to play with our Koi which she has never done it before with my old pond.Thank you Zach@ Torii Koi and pond.

Zachary and wife are wonderful ! Tori Koi & Pond did a great job cleaning the old dirty pond in my new backyard. They saved the fishes ! It’s now crystal clear and beautiful. I would definitely be back for all my pond needs and Koi’s. I highly recommend Tori Koi & Pond .
