“My and Fiancée and I had such a great experience living at the Danforth! The building is clean, well-kept, and feels safe and welcoming. The management team, Garner, Abby, Destiny, and Allison are all kind and truly care about the residents, which makes a huge difference.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the maintenance team — Dee and George in particular. He’s always quick to respond, super friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s a small repair or an urgent issue, he handles it right away with a smile.

“I had a wonderful three-year stay at Coventry Square, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is incredibly convenient — everything you need is just a short trip away, which made day-to-day living so much easier.
The administration team is also exceptional. Kim, in particular, was always so accommodating and helpful with any request we had. One thing that truly stood out was how quickly they responded to maintenance issues. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, they checked it right away, and when it couldn’t be fixed, they replaced it the very next day. That level of prompt, thoughtful service made a huge difference in our experience.
Overall, Coventry Square provided comfort, convenience, and excellent support throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!”

“My wife and I lived at 15 Lake for two years. In hindsight, we were quite impressed.
Initially, we balked at the price of our apartment for the space we were renting; however, we got to meet some of the tenants, who told us quite candidly that this building was a nice place to live with nice people and good management. We agree. Additionally, when we renewed our lease, DeRosa raised our rent by only 2%; meaning that given the rising inflation, we were essentially paying less in Year 2!
The access to Turnure Park across the street was a lovely way to unwind after work/school. The cherry blossoms in the spring are positively stunning. My only regret is missing the festival that apparently never returned to the park, but I obviously do not blame DeRosa for that.
The inside of our building was pleasant, air conditioned, and quiet. Most importantly, it was clean. The only vermin issue we had in the two years living in our apartment was a single mouse, which was promptly taken care of. Otherwise, aside from the occasional spider, we lived without fear of infestation.
There were, however, two issues to consider. First, the laundry room. The price of doing laundry was rather high and the machines were not always operable. These conditions made for some frustrating laundry days.
Second, the elevator. In our final months living in our building, we found the inoperability of the elevator to be immensely frustrating. Moving out of our apartment was a difficult task; pushing the button for the ground floor did not guarantee that it would go to the ground floor, or any floor at all. In fact, none of the buttons worked as intended, and so we would often go on elevator rides of indefinite duration.
That said, we enjoyed our stay and would generally recommend renting here. The management company is responsive to work orders; the buildings are kept clean, cool, and quiet; and the rent is quite agreeable, especially for White Plains.”

“Though I am new living here I wanted to share my experience. So far, the complex is lovely. The grounds are very well taken care of! There are a lot of families with kids and pets here, yet it is a very quiet community! It seems diverse which is great, so far management has been great. Matinence response time is very fast! My only complaint is the place isn't insulated well but after speaking to others, this is possibly an issue with every apartment. Besides that, I'm enjoying it here and could see it being our forever home!
A small playground would be a plus, but not necessary..there is enough land by the BBQs for the kids to run and play. There is a small fenced in dog play area which is great and there is a pool here that we are excited to try it out. Loving Warren Hills!”

Michelle, Susan and David have been absolutely wonderful.The apartment itself suits us perfectly and having the fitness center on our floor is incredibly convenient. The neighbors are friendly and we look forward to participating in all the community activities. Having moved from a house, it's also great having our own storage space in the garage.The high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows bring in a tremendous amount of light so it's always bright and cheery even on cloudy days.The proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants is tremendously convenient. We are just delighted that we made this move.”

“We’ve been owners, and fulltime residents, here for 7 years and it’s awesome. We swim and use the gym 3-4 times/wk. We have the security and convenience of a 24 hr doorman. The gym, pool, racquetball court, games rm, parking, maintenance – all included in our monthly fee. Our kids have been in the Tuckahoe schools since 1st and 3rd grades and are thriving and top of their classes. [Btw, Tuckahoe schools are totally under-rated and have exceptional teachers and sports!] And we can be on the train platform in 5 minutes. (3 at a push – believe me, I’ve done it!) I’d challenge anyone to find what the Tower Club offers in security, convenience, cost and amenities elsewhere.”
