What a miserable experience. Heed this warning: If you go there and the line is anywhere near the door, you will be waiting 20-30 minutes and they will be out of at least one item you wanted. For me this time it was 3. They don’t care if you’re willing to wait for it either, they’ll just tell you it’s not here so pick something else, meanwhile the staff in the back is too busy laughing and using profanity with each other instead of preparing more food. This isn’t a diner where there’s a thousand different things you can order, there’s 0 excuse for them to constantly be out of chicken or basic toppings whenever it gets a little busy. I’d order on the app to avoid the long lines but based on other reviews here they’ll mess that up too and you won’t know until you’re already home. Incredibly rude servers and cashier too. I’ve been coming here for years and it really has gone downhill to the point where it’s not worth returning. Whoever runs this place needs to hire more competent, less miserable people.

Awful awful and awful.My server had the biggest attitude. He gave me near to nothing and every time I’d ask him to add a little more he’d give me this dirty look. The only reason I put a star is because I had to. Very dissapointed and I think that they should look for a better staff.

Avoid this disaster. Attitude, filth and diarrhea is all you will get. Went at 7:40pm on 3/7/24 and as a pilot who dines out for more than 500 meals per year I can say this was one of the worst experiences. First off after my burrito bowl was three quarters made and I asked for cheese as a topping they were out. I questioned if it was just while they were getting more or for the rest of the night and was told for the rest of the night. Ok, disappointed but I'll do without. Paid at the register and as I was getting my change I noticed another prep station with a burrito with cheese on it. I asked about the cheese and asked if I could get a small cup and the young gentleman flat out said no. I asked why and was told that this station is for online orders only. I asked again why not and he said because people already paid for these orders. I said that I paid also and was told this..."Yes but you had the option of not ordering when you knew there was no cheese. We have a limited supply. It's as simple as that sir." I replied that I wasn't informed prior to my order and I guess I could have just not paid for the bowl that was just about finished being made and thanked him for his attitude. After some more lip service I told him don't worry about it that maybe I'll just take it up with the manager. Now that's not why it's a 1 Star and Avoid rating, that's just part of it. The second part is that this was the dirtiest, worst run establishment I've ever been in. Absolutely filthy. Every single table a disgusting mess. Trash overflowing from the receptacles. Food, grime, and trash all over the floors. I took a video I will try to post. 20 minutes later I was in the bathroom for an hour. I won't talk to the manager about the young, thin, tall, black male that gave me attitude because I believe any organization that is run like this and looks like this needs to fire its management. The owner of this place should be embarrassed. The health department will be getting a call from me. Probably needs to be shut down. My description of the gentleman is only because I don't know his name and that perhaps the owner can identify him and perhaps issue some customer service training.

My bowl was fine but management seriously has to enforce better customer service at this location. I had a very simple order and the young man putting together my bowl didnt even acknowledge me. He walked up to the counter with a straight face and said nothing at all. I just assumed he was ready for my order based on the look on his face. No words were exchanged at all and thats just unacceptable

I don't know if its me but it seems like the quality of food and costumer service just keeps getting worse and worse. I attempted to order a quesadilla on the app and for the past few months it has not been working. I go to the store and tell them that I was unable to order from the app due to tech difficulties of the application. I was told that they cant help me. They then tell me they could offer me a kids quesadilla instead. Im not sure what sense it made to make a kids quesadilla, rather than a regular one because either way they made a quesadilla. I get my order and it is MESSY. ON TOP OF THAT THE SOUR CREAM TASTED OLD. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE CAUSE WHAT TYPE OF CRAP IS THIS?

The service is just the worst. Unfriendly. Unengaging. No personality. They took no care into how they place the ingredients into my burrito and it was a sloppy mess wet all around the outside and falling apart. It was a very clean place though and the ingredients of course tasted good, which is the only reason why I gave it another star.*Update today. The young, short girl with dark hair at the counter was terrible this evening. She asked all the questions is but acted annoyed that she had to do her job at all. No, Hello! How can I help you?" No smile. No thank you at the end. I had to ask her several questions over again because she couldn't hear me the first time, then when she answered, she raised her voice in a mean tone. She also gave me the spicy chicken when I specifically said not the spicy one.The saving grace was the guy at the checkout who had a great personality that was upbeat, friendly, acted with urgency and was considerate. I hope this guy is a manager. He deserves it! He's the reason for 1 star on service. Unfortunately you can't do zero to see it's a +1I would've gone up a star, but due to the fact that they still have terrible customer service when you come in after my 1 year ago post above, I'm keeping it at two stars. Guess I'll try next year if they're lucky.

The employee who seems to be a manager or assistant manager was very rude. She moved with an attitude and spoke to her other employees very rudely. It was a brown skinned, tall, skinny woman. The employee who checked me out seemed to be confused as why i was asking why I was being charged for a vinaigrette. I’ve never been charged for that so I was just wanted to know what changed. The brown skinned woman was very rude and didn't even give an explanation as to really what’s the reason why I had to pay. Terrible customer service. Good food. Terrible service overall. She spoke to her employees terribly too.

Upfate 2/24/24 I tried again. The lady there was literally giving me half spoons of rice and beans. I can't take it for the price they want to charge. I don't have this problem with other locations. I just left.I'm done with Chipotle, especially this location. I get it sometimes they run out of some of the food later in the evening but it's 12 noon and I shouldn't have to argue with you over half a spoon of rice beens and chicken for a bowl. I always pay for double chicken do I need to pay for a full spoon of rice and beans? What's the policy, is it half, while or a spoon and a half????It always depends on who's behind the counter. So disappointing.

If you want to get food poison, get attitude, and walk into a dirty environment come here! I feel as though there is so good chipotle in Westchester, it’s a shame. Chipotle do better and fix your management.

If you don’t want to get sick please don’t eat from this location. The staffs are rude. The place is dirty . They don’t change their gloves and everyone hair is down ( no hairnets) the food is cold and exposed to everything. The staff touch everyone food with the same gloves. I got sick for three days , never again. This location is violating many health departments guidelines/ regulations.

I love chipotle and the freshness of their food. But this location has got to get it together or do something different. Regularly they are out so many things, chips, certain meats, etc. The soda machines never have syrup, so you spend money for a soda and have to get juice. They seem to have an inventory issue and it’s consistent. How is someone to come in for dinner and you’re “out” of half the food they offer but don’t close for hours later. Get it together!!
