“Tommy’s programming is intense enough for the most fit among us but scalable and accessible to anyone. It’s a fantastic way to approach HIIT with a focus on time under pressure and pauses in lieu of the more violent movements that cause most of the injuries. It is a mix of programming that challenges you and never gets boring or stale. Tommy and his staff are patient and explain/coach extraordinarily well with a lot of personal attention. It is also a very collegial and supportive group of people in the classes.”

“Awesome gym. Very clean and the equipment is always functional. In the event a piece of equipment isn't working, there is a sign posted on the equipment along with eventual updates as to when it will be repaired. I came from another gym in New City that turned into a social hangout for high schoolers in the afternoon. At powerhouse, everyone, young and old, are there to get a good workout in and move on. Highly recommend this gym”

“This review is very personal for me. I walked in there on January 28, 2025 and met with Christine in Nanuet at the time. I was overweight, unhappy, unmotivated, and basically miserable from that first day CHRISTINE and every coach has made me feel comfortable, guided me and helped me to achieve the best results I have ever had in any other work that I have ever done. “My experience at f45 in Scarsdale has been life changing! Since joining, I have rebuilt my entire routine and feel a part of a community. The work outs are geared towards all fitness levels and certainly help you reach your goals. I've become a lot stronger and have challenged myself in more ways than not. I take most classes with Coach Amanda and Coach Tiffany during the week and feel so supported every time I walk in! They take the time to ensure your form is correct and I feel so comfortable asking questions. The energy is contagious in there because the instructors truly build you up and encourage you throughout the entire class.
