Decent food and drinks. Spectacular view.We came on a rainy Saturday and had to wait a few mins for a table of 5. Servers were attentive and our food came quickly. The stars for us were the tapas and ceviche. We would come back just for that and some drinks. We did wish they provided more of each of the tapas. The entrees themselves were good not great. For the prices, I'd expect more but that's typical Westchester.

My family and I have been going to Half Moon to celebrate special occasions for many years. You're paying for a breathtaking view and wonder service but wish the food would match their prices. The food has turned quite bland. Really nothing memorable about it at their high price point. There aren't many vegetarian options and the fish portions are quite small.

You can’t beat the location, the best views. Went for lunch, had the fried calamari (great fry but overcooked), sweet and sour ribs (nicely tender but a bit too much heat), chicken Milanese (fresh and bright), cheesecake was meh, tiramisu was very fresh and flavorful but lacked in presentation. Overall a okay meal but they have done better in the past. Hope this was a one off.

It was out first time there and wow!The place is beautiful, relaxing, good family atmosphere. It has some fire pit indoor and outdoor. You have an entire view of Hudson River inside of the place and the patio is amazing. They have a good service w friendly people. We ordered the HM hamburger and Fried Chicked sandwich, both very well. I ask for the citrus cooler mocktail, and please, order it! As a dessert we try the apple/blueberries pie (please order it too!) ?To tell the truth, they were late with the hamburgers. However, they offered us a salad. It was worth it!We will come back soon!

We came here for a birthday ( it was also Easter ) and the food and service was exceptional. Everything that was brought out for the table was absolutely amazing. The one thing I would have liked is if they would have offered a bread rather than us asking for it. The front of the house could have been a little bit more pleasant but it wasn't very busy day. With that being said, my compliments to the chef, to the server and to the many people who brought out our food and To the lady who sang Happy Birthday my sister. It was exceptional. This was the second time for me coming here and it has not disappointed.

For the prices of the food, the dishes should have a better presentation. Also, we were technically rushed to finish. The only thing that makes the restaurant a bit romantic is the Hudson view.

Never been but finally met up my family here for an Easter brunch and was floored at the food and service. The views of the Hudson River are amazing. There's outdoor seating but we opted for a window seat. The food was amazing, the beer selections are phenomenal. The food looked and tasted great. My entire family was excited to see as each course of our meal was brought out. We were all impressed and wanted to try each other's meals we were so happy with everyone's servings. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend for family outings, date nights or any type of gathering, really.Vegetarian options: It wasn't very hard to find something for me to eat. At worst, for vegans, there's always pasta options, "hold the cheese."Dietary restrictions: If you tell them you have a dietary restriction, they'll work with you.Parking: Vast parking lot with lots of space to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk and entrance are easy access.

My 2 friends and I have come here for Brunch for several years because we enjoyed the ambience (river view) and the variety of selections on the Brunch menu. Lately (on the past 3 occasions), today being the most recent, we were very disappointed. As with most restaurants, prices have soared and the choices are fewer. The selections for brunch were very expensive ( $29 for Belgian Waffle?); $30 for eggs Benedict; $30 for an omelet. I had the lox Benedict. it arrived lukewarm and the temperature of the coffee was tepid. The waiter didn’t check in to see if we needed anything. Instead we asked several times for extra napkins, condiments, and for refills on tea and coffee. Ultimately my friends and I decided that as much as we may have enjoyed Half Moon in the past, no amount of ambience can compensate for such an expensive and unsatisfying dining experience.
