“I love the place and the people I think they do a great job folding and packing is phenomenal. I only wish they would be a little more forthcoming when I first went to tell me about the minimum that I paid several dollars for empty weight and one time when I brought my teenager stuff in a separate bag and ask them separate they didn’t tell me. There was an additional five dollar charge or I just would’ve had to separate orders because my child was with me at the time those little things bother me otherwise great place”

I honestly didn’t think they’d come out so I left it, but they were able to get it out.I also appreciate that they have organic dry cleaning. “June 2018 We have been bringing our dry cleaning to North Broadway Cleaners for years. This morning I tried on a pair of suit pants to wear to a wedding tomorrow and they were too big. I called Yoon at about 8:30A this morning. Without identifying myself, I asked if she could to 24 hour alterations. She asked what needed to be done and after I explained she said she could do it. It's 5:15P the same day and I just picked them up and she only charged me $18. Amazing turnaround...Amazing alterations. Thank You Yoon. +5 more stars.”

“Sam and Ato are lovely humans and always do good work. When I ask them to use unscented laundry soap, they do, and never charge me. I have had rips, tears, holes and small alterations fixed and have always been very happy with the results, and grateful I don't have to do them since I am a terrible seamstress. They always pick up and drop off laundry free of charge (although they are a small outfit and I hope everyone is tipping them well, if they pick up and drop yours off too). I have been using their laundry and dry cleaning services for 12 years and I have never had a problem. I am grateful they are in the neighborhood.”

“We were traveling on a road trip, in from California. We needed our clothes dry cleaned. I saw this company had good reviews and same day service. I called them and the person on the phone said as long as I drop off before 10 a.m. we could have our clothes by 3 p.m. same day. We had 1 mens suit, 1 womens skirt and 1 womans light fuzzy coat. We dropped off at 9:30 a.m. and picked up at 3 p.m. they did a great job. We also had really friendly people for both drop off and pick up. I recommend this dry cleaners and would definitely use them again.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I am so impressed with this place I have to! I'm not a frequent laundromat user but due to a naughty cat, I have been here twice in the last week. Both times the place was immaculate, and during each visit, the staff was actively cleaning it. The machines take credit cards and which is perfect for infrequent users. The $9.25 washers are huge and the dryers are large and well priced.”
