The place was very clean, the staff were very nice and welcoming. The nurse Nona was very kind and professional and Dr. McNeal was so personable, knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel very comfortable despite what I was there for. The environment was a very positive one! I would highly recommend this urgent care!

This facility is one of the worst medical care providers I have ever visited. The majority of the staff is inefficient, unfriendly and unhelpful. There are a few physicians assistants and one doctor that are decent, which is the only reason I am not giving this place 1 star. They do not give you your visit results in a timely manner, even if you are incredibly sick. They will forget to call your prescription into your pharmacy, or claim they called it in only for your pharmacist to tell you they received nothing. They will redirect you to other practitioners because they don't understand how to treat you. This has happened to me and my family on multiple occasions. Medical professionals should care about their sick patients getting better but most of the staff at Northwell Urgent Care in Dobbs Ferry could care less.

I really like the option of holding a spot, not only having to walk in. The staff was courteous, fairly prompt with timing. Also Doctor was thorough, followed up promptly with tests and I had the ability to call back and ask for additional help/meds after the visit. Pleasant experience

Dr Kamyar Nabegh is exceptional. Takes his time, listens and is clearly Very knowledgeable, especially with sports med complaints. Highly reccomend!

This place is great. I love the fact you can make an appointment. I was taken in within 5 mins. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door.. Dr Chan and his Medical assistant were so nice. I will come back again if needed.

I’ve recently had to visit Northwell Health urgent care at Dobbs Ferry. NY.Dr. Nabegh was just so knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr Nabegh showed real care and interest in my complaints. He explained everything clearly conducted lab tests. The staff was equally as wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of great medical care .

Urgent care at Northwell Health is such a great asset. Bad cold on a Sunday, made an appt and went in an hour later. Gave me a covid testing (Neg) as well as normal blood pressure, oxygen count etc., told me to take a nasal spray and feeling better. Great service especially on a Sunday b

The staff members are great; they are friendly and professional. I was able to save my spot from the online app, so I didn't have a long wait. My doctor was very knowledgable and reassuring. Fast turnaround for test results, which I could easily look up in the app.
