Words cannot express our gratitude for the exemplary care and kindness provided to our mother, an 86 year old Alzheimer's patient and non-English speaker, by your ER staff when Hasting's police found and transported her after having walked for hours and 7 miles north on Broadway. When we picked her up, she was in excellent spirits, had been fed and given water, and seemed amazingly none the worse for wear from her ordeal. This clearly speaks to your professionalism and compassion for people. Thank you always.

I went in with a broken arm and was tended to immediately-ushered into a private room by a lovely nurse and promptly sent for x-rays. Best ER experience I ever had. Staff was sympathetic and attentive. I highly recommend St John’s Hospital Emergency Room in Dobbs Ferry!

My mom was hospitalized twice within a month at the Dobbs Ferry location. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. The level of care and compassion we received was amazing starting from the ER to all of the doctors, nurses and aides that have cared for her. They have been patient, kind, compassionate and thorough. Dr. Rabadi has been more than attentive. The rooms are clean and quiet. I would come here again without hesitation!

Stay away from the Dobbs Ferry location. On 2 occasions they discharged my father with heart faliure. He recently went there with a fracutred wrist and left in hear faliure. I begged Dr. Stephanie Haimowitz to admit him but she refused. This DR gave my 83 yr old father percosett. I just learned that is dangerous to give to eldery heart patients. The nurse insisted he was fine to leave. She then had two security gurards assit me and her get my father in the car. Not normal! The nurse said he hadn't used the bathroom all night like that was normal. His bladder was filled with urine and was catherized at Phelps.Security walked into my father's room with a wheelchair, while I was holding my father up with one hand and holding his portable urinal with the other.Security put the wheel chair up against may legs and stood there to watch. I had to ask him FOR PRIVACY. Beyond unprofessional.Long wait but not many patients and alot of nurses yet no one does anything but sit at the front desk talking. I had to listen to the Dr talk about his Talor Swift tickets while I waited for the nurse to get around to giving me a cup of water. They ran a lot of xrays then did not much. 5 hrs to set a cast.I had to bring my father to the Emergecy room of Phelps because he had trouble breathing.

A caring nursing staff destroyed by over zealous security guards and a cruel patient family policy. Avoid this hospital if you possibly can if you want to support your patient or family member. They are still denying anyone but the patient entry. You are not allowed to sit inside, much less escort the patient to the treatment area. We unfortunately visit a lot of hospitals, including some in NYC and this is by far the least patient friendly one. Go anywhere else if you can

I took my Besty to the emergency room because she got hit in the head in Trader quickly and Kylie and we were in and out in record time. I'll be going here for my needs. Thank you Dobbs ferry.

Referred here by urgent care. Doc was great. Support staff awful. Took an hour to get ice for my mashed bleeding finger. Outrageous bills sent to wrong name at wrong address with wrong insurance details even though they took my ID and insurance card and photocopied both. Now St John's riverside billing won't help me fix their mistakes. And my insurance company won't discuss bill in wrong name with incorrect insurance info on it. Hope all these players get the same awful treatment from their providers as they are giving me.

Came in here from a referral from urgent care due to a high fever. Nursing staff and doctors treated me great during my condition of being hospitalized here for three nights. Keep up the good work and level of care.

Went to this place for an ultrasound and I was sitting in the waiting area and when I got up there were ants all on the floor so I let the girl know at the registration desk but apparently they have an infestation of ants! The ultrasound is a separate entrance with a blue awning.
