Went to drop off an item for a Mercari sale (third party e-commerce app) and the 2 men at the counter were incredibly helpful! They made friendly conversation and answered any questions I had. I wish I asked their names, but they were at the front desk on 7/31/25 at 11:45am!

My husband and I went into renew our passport today and the clerk gave us such a hard time the female clerk that was there told the other clerk that was suppose to help us, not to do our passport, no one was speaking to her she was disrespectful I told them I was going to report them and she told me to go a head ,and she was also talking about me with another customer These clerks are disrespectful because the supervisor allows it. When I ask to speak to their supervisor he acted like he didn't care and he also came out with a mean face, I told my husband to forget it and let's just file a complain. All of them should be transfer to other locations because people get too comfortable when they stay working in one location for too long. Dobbs Ferry Post Office The worst, Never Again

Quite evidently the worst service ever. If I could give zero trust trust me I would since even 1 is generous. So I went in to submit my documents and the lady seems hella rude and frustrated I didn’t get her name but she was dark skin n it seems as if she got annoyed that she was called from back to come deal with customer as she kept saying it. Keep in mind I went in with an appointment yet she seems to rude worst experience ever. Never come here!!

We came to do our passports and the service was fantastic. This is not the same staff that previously garnered 1 stars. Cordial, trying to help, and friendly.

Clark #12 was an awesome clerk she looked up everything that I was looking for she double checked to make sure she was very pleasant and respectful and very courteous and kind and she made me feel better about my day. She is a wonderful clerk.

In the past year I have used the Dobbs Ferry Post Office about 2-3x a month to get stamps, mail packages, and recently apply for a passport. Each time the experience has been pleasant, courteous, professional, and low key efficient. A model of public service at its best. Special kudos to the staff, who deserve praise and support.

Maybe some changes were made since all of the negative reviews because my experience using this post office over the last several months has been very positive. They certainly deserve higher marks than what is reflected on this page.I use this post office fairly frequently for work. Usually I need to send certified mail, or documents that are important and absolutely need to get where they are sent. The staff at the Dobbs Post Office are always helpful and cordial. They always answer my questions, and our business is conducted in a pleasant and efficient manner.I hope the Postmaster and staff are encouraged by this review as I have never had a negative experience and they are a wonderful example of what an experience using USPS should be. 5/5 stars.

The service was horrible. I came in to get my son's passport today, 10/7/2003. My appointment was for 10:45am and I arrived at 10:15 am. I completed the form for the passport and got on the line. He told us to get out of the line because the appointment was not until 10:45am and so I did. At 10:40am, the 10:30am appointment arrived. He took them right away so I was seen 10 minutes late. The representative had an attitude the entire time and so does the gentleman that takes the pictures. There was also a lady who does not work for the passport section and was nice and trying to be helpful.
