My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones and feel that Caleb bent over backwards to provide exemplary service.
He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and we would definitely come back to this location for any of our Verizon needs. Please do not hesitate to come to this location.
As an added plus, his coworkers are also wonderful to speak to.

I cannot recommend the Verizon store at Dobbs Ferry more! Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help. A special shout out to Doug, who helped me sync my new phone with my watch and even came out to my car to make sure everything worked.

My mom and I had a great experience!! We learned so much about SIM cards and my phone was fixed within a couple minutes (cellular data wasn’t working). The men wears suits and ties and know everything about phones and data plans. We also had bought our phones there last year and got a great deal!
