0 Stars. I NEVER write these reviews, but my experience with this pharmacy is such that I felt compelled to do so. They are extremely incompetent, RUDE, and do not hold themselves accountable at all. They misplaced my prescription (my doctor has a receipt that he sent it and they simply don't have it), sent me an email to say that the Rx was not approved, and when I called concerned about the email I received, the pharmacist insisted that I had to ask the doctor to resend the Rx and HUNG UP ON ME despite the fact that I told her that I was down to my last pill! I am in utter disbelief and taking my business elsewhere. These people do not deserve your money. Go to the CVS in Ardsley instead. The people there are super nice, and frankly, worth the extra 5 minute drive if only to avoid the aggravation at this store. SHAMEFUL and utterly unprofessional.

The absolute worst costumer service the manager Nick was super rude and discriminating denied my id as an international in Dobbsferry I’m disgusted after trying to buy a bottle of cold medicine proceeded to tell me you can make drugs with that will never be back

The pharmacists are rude and lazy. Just moved to the area and already have had multiple poor experiences with them. Also tried to charge us nearly $100 more for a prescription. After inquiring more, they dropped the price. Not cool

Really not a good store. Not enough parking, super-slow staff, not particularly clean, well organized or well stocked. Also it’s kinda small. There are other, better drug stores within 10 minutes.

This is an awful walgreens - the pharmacy staff is often rude and they usually give you incorrect information. In addition, they have bankers hours so they’re only open at the times people are AT WORK. Then they cancel your order if you can’t manage to pick it up when you’re working all day long. I never leave this Walgreens without having a stupid experience.

I give it 2 stars because sometimes the service is ok. But today staff was just too rude and condescending. I’m not sure why as I did nothing to upset them. I was just trying to pay. There is definitely an issue with their personnel. I rather self checkout as in cvs so I don’t have to deal with these people.

On the website it states regardless of having insurance or if your insurance covers it. They could give me the latest covid shot. The guy at the pharmacy said you have to have a prescription which is totally not what it says on the site. Made me wait just to not give me the shot.

My husband and I visit Dobbs Ferry Walgreens regularly, and the staff have always been accommodating to us. Today we had the greatest honor to be helped by Lorna, who treated us like our personal shopper. What a treat! Great store!

My husband and I went to the Dobbs Ferry Walgreens for our Covid and Flu injections. It was a very positive experience. The Pharmacist and Staff were terrific. The area where we received our injections ensured our privacy. I would recommend this Walgreens for your vaccine needs.

Not a great experience. Following advice by one employee to get a better price by ordering a different size a couple of weeks ago, then another employee forgot to order for yesterday, then I came today when closed for lunch, then back this evening to find advice turned out to be incorrect and I paid more than I would have in the first instance. And really angered the employee working there today. After really annoying my doctor.

ZERO STARS. RUDEST Staff I've encountered anywhere. There is a manager there (currently with a wrist brace) who has a TERRIBLE attitude problem and outright refused my ability to drop off a package there based totally on "her not liking me". The package was within the dimensions and the employee wanted to argue with me about whether it was a FedEx service or a Walgreens service. She did not take kindly to anyone disagreeing with her and proceeded to try and bully me by threatening to refuse my package. When I wouldn't apologize or backdown for stating facts about FedEx, this employee followed through with refusing my package. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this place.
