“I once broke down on my way to go snowmobiling in old forge. Hours from home about 5:58 I called the nearest parts store and talked to NICK at FISHER AUTO. It was a Friday they closed at 6 he could have told me to F off, he stayed late checked the inventory and Thank god he had the part in stock, I need a 3/8 ratchet set also he ran my card over the phone and then closed the store and brought it to me with the tools required, held the flashlight allowing me to change the part and had me on the road in under 30 minutes!
