Love my new car. Shirley and Priscella made sure my experience was amazing. I called Priscella this past Friday and asked for M4C, She quickly got back with numbers that I wanted to be in. Also even tho they close on Sunday they opened the store and went beyond to deliver the car. I Recommend working with her if you’re looking to get straight to the point with no hassle and no back and forth. Also got me a great deal in the middle of everything that’s going on with the market. I had an easy, pleasant experience buying a BMW X5 from Priscilla in BMW Bayside location. She went above and beyond to help, was super flexible with my working schedule, and I was in and out in under an hour thanks to her preparing all the paperwork in advance. ????

January 19th, my friend was held hostage at BMW of Bayside after business hours. After a routine service, she returned to pick up her vehicle only to find out BMW had allegedly bought out her lease without her permission. At that point, the sales manager would not let her leave with her car, which still had 30 days of lease left. After receiving confirmation that the car was still under lease, therefore still her property, we left the dealership. The general manager proceeded to call more than 10 times and send text messages threatening to call the police. Not only that, the financial manager made fun of her credit score, discriminating against her. When we asked him is it because we're asian he said "not this again". does this happen a lot? do you regularly make fun of loyal customers? We have been trying to make corporate aware of this issue, and to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else! No one should be locked in a dealership, especially after buisness hours, receive threatening texts and multiple threatening calls. After 9 months of attempting for corporate to do something, we have given up on receiving any type of apology. At this point, all she wants is her title, which is repeatedly being mailed to the same dealership that we faced discrimination from.

Fernando, absolutely the best, he was amazing in getting me the car I wanted and at the right price. From start to finish he was pleasant to deal with. His priority was making sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.

Had to drop of my car two weeks ago for simple rim repair and 3 tires replacement and I still don't have my car back Peter Ha the service advisor just lies about everything. The management is very poor in customer service . After 10 days and numerous complaints to Bmw of North America and the GM Doug I'm finally getting some call backs from kal. After my car is going to be fixed I would not comeback there or recommend anyone to do so all they do is make fake claims to collect more money from the warranty. They need better management

Mr abbas Do you read every negative post and don't you realize that your customer service support team lack's customer service support. This is 7th BMW from BMW Bayside and there’s no other dealership I would ever go to. Shirley and Priscilla made getting into a new BMW so seamless and easy. Shirley knew exactly what I was looking for and ordered the car, building it out better than I could ever have imagined it. They were super responsive and gave me a great new lease! Priscilla made the paperwork process so quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Out of my old and in with my new. There’s no one I would ever get a car from!! Shirley and Priscilla, thank you again!! Two experiences with this dealerships service department. For the first I brought my car in requesting a transmission oil change. I am aware this is not a recommended maintenance item by BMW but due to the age of my car I figured it was a good idea since no automotive fluid can ever truly be "lifetime". Service advisor insisted I needed a diagnostic to find out what was wrong with my transmission even though I never stated anything wrong with it. After declining, the advisor called me an hour later after leaving and told me the only option for me was to buy an entirely new transmission. Huh?For the second, apparently they are adding gold flakes to their oil because the service advisor told me that the cost of the oil alone was more than $120 (Mobil 1 Synthetic; spoiler alert, it's not) which is the average rate I've paid for oil changes in pretty much every car I've ever owned that takes full synthetic oil. Not sure how they can charge customers $225 for an oil change with a straight face. Laughed my way out the door and got my oils changed at a high end independent shop with the same exact oil for $125 after tax.

Avoid these scammers at all costs. They will screw you any way they can. They will make a deal, pay off your trade after your next payment is automatically deducted from your account at the reduced payoff amount for their own gain. Pathetic that a BMW dealership needs to take advantage of everyday customers like this. Worse that BMW of North America allows their dealerships to do business like this without repercussion. There are a lot BMW dealerships out there that will not commit fraud in this manner against you. Use their services instead.

Inquired about seeing a listed CPO 2020 M340i back in February. I was put in contact with Luis Pichardo, who was incredibly helpful from the start. Went to the dealership to see the car, and Luis (who couldn't be there at the time) connected me with Sean Parks. Sean was such a pleasure to meet with and talk to. Extremely knowledgeable and informative without putting any overwhelming pressure like most advisors or salesmen do.Overall, the car was not the right fit for me due to it not having all the right specs I was on the market for. However, given my great experience with both Luis and Sean, BMW of Bayside is definitely top of mind for me to return to and recommend to others.
