Untrained photo technician...came to take passport photo for my 9 month old. the cashier (also photo technician?) took my son's photo and didn't care about me and my husband in the background. I told her the passport photo has to have white or off white back ground, she said it passed all the computer generated requirement. (Why need human then?) Of course the photo was rejected by post office and we had to get it retaken at the spot. Totally waist of time and money.

This place is so unprofessional...the staff use the shopping carts to put deliveries away so I was told I had to wait!!!! I'm the customer right? Never again....they ignored me and the girl at the register just picked up her phone lol

The lady in the drop off area her attitude is so rude but poor her may he asked by people "do you have mask" thousands of times. She doesn't even care about what you will want to ask just say back "no mask". Excuse me , listen to what I want to ask first.

Medical masks are sold out almost everywhere for obvious reasons... this new corona virus is scary! I'm usually not one to react to histerics in the news but this seems pretty and living in New York and having to commute via LIRR and the subway fairly often, I'm not taking any chances! This was one of the only CVS's around that showed some "limited stock" available on their website. There was literally one box left on the shelf when I got there. They may have had more in the box to be restocked but I was in a rush and didn't ask. The section was a little bit in disarray (hence the 4 stars) but as a former CVS employee back in my highschool days, I know how frustrating and tedious restocking can get, especially on a hot item. Sure, I may look goofy on the train with my mask on, but hey... better safe than sorry!

The pharmacy area needs a military manager to come in, organize tasks and time management. They will put you on hold for 15 mins, rush you off the phone and always blame their system for their delay. When you do talk to someone they tell you different days on when your medication will be ready, it's always something. Four years ago this place was one of the better ones. Now it's trash. They need more workers. Even when I could be the only person there, the workers there prefers to take their time to get to you.

I experienced awful customer service from this CVS pharmacy location. From the cashier to the pharmacist, I am shocked how rude they are. They should be helping their clients & happy to answer questions, not hurriedly walking away showing no signs of patience at all. I will never ever use this pharmacy again. The CVS store manager should be ashamed of his pharmacy staff.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years now, every month for my birth control prescription. I just don't understand how a pharmacy can constantly mess up a prescription that I've been getting for THREE YEARS EVERY MONTH. The past 6 months I've been sent to 5 different pharmacies every single time to get my prescription. EVEN THOUGH I CALL A WEEK IN ADVANCE FOR A SPECIAL ORDER BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THESE BRAIN DEAD PHARMACISTS TOLD ME TO DO. I called a week ago, as usual, to get my refill and request the special order. I call back today to make sure they have my birth control. NOW THE PHARMACIST IS TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN'T ORDER IT ANYMORE. WHY THE HELL DID YOU NOT TELL ME THIS LAST WEEK?! I seriously don't get it. You guys went to college. You guys get paid a 6-figure salary. Like what the hell are you getting paid to do if you can't even get my prescription right after all these months? Disgusting. Like literally disgusted by the pharmacists at this CVS.

Today I had my infant's passport pictures taken at this CVS. It was very difficult to keep the baby positioned, looking straight ahead, and content. However, CVS staff member Zuhal was extremely professional and helpful. She was patient with the baby and took numerous shots until we finally captured the right one. Then she worked her magic on the computer to edit, reposition and crop the photo to passport standards. It was a success!

Terrible terrible service at the pharmacy! One person handling pickups while some are walking around the store aimlessly! Manager needs to get on top of things. No reason to wait 20 minutes to pick up!!

I have been going to CVS ever since it opened. It was sad to see the local pharmacy close down across the street as they obviously couldn't keep up with the CVS chain. Needless to say, I haven't been disappointed with CVS's service or products. The only thing I am a little upset with is that every time I go in, my coupons are expired & after my shopping there, I'm given this mile long trail of coupons that I could of used for my current shopping, which expire in a few days so by the time you go back in, they've expired. I hear this from other customers as wellHappy overall that they are so close by & are always very well stocked.

What a difference between CVS Bayside and CVS Douglaston. The pharmacist is great and the pharmacy is pleasant and organized. She helped me get my prescription filled before I went on vacation when Bayside fumbled. I'll be moving my business here. It's worth the drive.
