Absolutely horrible customer service. Bordering on down right disrespectful. I’ve seen a 20-something airhead girl employee treat and speak to an elderly woman with complete disrespect. And this particular store is disorganized.

I enjoy coming here. Whenever I come here it's not very crowded. The self checkout machines are great, at least for me. Combined with their App, result in good deals and being able to get my specialty items.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because they won't let me proceed with zero stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy with the rudest staff I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This is not the first time either. More like the 5th. So done with cvs. I'll take my business to Walgreens or another pharmacy but never this store ever again

My local CVS in Flushing is closing down 1st week in July and looking for other stores near me, but when I read people's comments from those stores are shocking and discouraging to select another CVS.I think I will try Rite Aid which has better reviews and there's store near me.My experience at this store today, was pleasant, I got the alleve I was looking for in like 2 minutes in contrast to waiting for over w0 minutes for someone to open the cage which no one showed up.

This is a very convenient location for me, and with their recent renovation, the store seems more spacious, brighter, and overall cleaner looking.They usually have what I’m looking for.

Be prepared to wait 40 min to pickup a prescription. Horrible location one of the worst and that's a lot to say for a CVS

The store is well stocked and clean but the rudest and most unhelpful staff who clearly do not want to be there . Hire people that have people skills and want a job. It sure is not this crew

Saturday business hours are listed until 11PM. But they are not open at 10:10pm. Without any notice.. I had to walk in vain. This is an act of deceiving the customer without any notice.. very rude.

The pharmacy is tremendously understaffed the place lacks proper leadership and organization. Poor record keeping, slow service , long lines, and as a result. It is virtually impossible to get through to anyone over the phone. The customer care stinks!, spend some money and staff the place properly managers.

After 15 minutes waiting on the phone for the pharmacy, it sounded like someone picked up and hung up the phone on me. I called back again, with another 25 minute wait. By that time, I had already arrived at the store, and had to wait for 20 minutes on the pharmacy line only to be redirected onto another 10 minute pharmacy line, only to have to wait another 15 minutes for my prescription to be filled, which would not have been wasted at all, had someone been able to answer the phone. I spoke directly to a manager about this. He just told me that the wait time are usually that long and that the pharmacy would be happy to help me in person. Over 35 minute wait on the phone and I couldn't even reach anyone, just to wait a further 45 minutes in store being passed from pick up to drop off and back to pick up, waiting on 3 different lines. I'm not sure what's going on, but this issue needs to be addressed as I have a feeling they aren't staffed appropriately, or there are some issues that CVS corporate at large is deliberately ignoring, as the staff I did interact with were, on a whole, polite. There was a huge queue of people, and though the pharmacists were trying their best, they should be staffed adequetly so as not to have that kind of incredulous queue with many so frustrated patients. I left in tears after being so sick I could barely stand. If CVS wants to have pharmacies they should ensure they're able to realistically run said pharmacy and are staffed adequately so that compassionate care is given to all patients. Literally crying my eyes out after this frustrating experience being so sick, just trying to speak to someone on the phone, and then waiting so long in store when I didn't have the capacity to- hence the pre-emptive attempt to call. I won't be returning to this location despite the polite staff, and may even stay away from most CVS pharmacies entirely going forward. I see many other reviews also mention these issues. I wish I had seen the reviews before attempting to recieve timely service at this pharmacy.

Booked flu vac appt online for group of 3 but wanted to reschedule. Unfortunately each individual's appt are treated separately so i couldn't rebook all 3 for same time over the internet. Tried called now 2x diff days and can't seem to even get anyone to pick up. Can't imagine if I needed urgent help. Smh
