I had an incredible experience with PCHelp NY! I originally took my computer to the Apple Store, and they wanted to charge me $900 because of liquid damage. I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to David.
David fixed my laptop perfectly and for a fraction of what Apple wanted to charge me! He is super honest, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. If you’re facing a crazy repair bill from Apple, definitely bring it to David first. Highly recommended!”

“Milin came to my house to troubleshoot a problem between my Hisense TV and Hisense sound bar. After extensive testing he was able to determine that the problem was actually with my Amazon cube. The cube had a ground issue which was causing the sound bar not to work. Milin was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this company.”
“The reviews don’t lie!!! First of all, so professional and kind. Great communication. I had two MacBook pros with diff issues. One needed an entire screen replacement and the other a whole new battery. He was able to do both for just over 600$ bucks! Did some deep dust cleaning as well.

“Honest, helpful, and straightforward. My iPad wasn’t working and Apple, not surprisingly, said they couldn’t fix it. He told me straight up that if it is the battery that he wouldn’t recommend fixing it and it probably makes more sense to buy a new one. I appreciate the honesty. Luckily, it wasn’t the battery, and after tinkering with it for a bit it charged and holds said charge. Highly recommend at least bringing your device here before giving up on it.”

“The experience in this establishment is one that all places should learn from when it comes to customer service. I came here to fix my Gaming PC which is a sophisticated system I have with high end parts. I accidentally deleted windows in the command prompt. I ended up stuck at a wall that I couldn’t reset windows. The owner explained to me the cost if he can fix it and the fee if he couldn’t solve the problem. He kept the PC for one day and called me to explain to me that he ran into an issue that he couldn’t solve the problem as well. I knew I had to get a new M.2 SSD. And told him that might be my only option. He felt bad he couldn’t fix the issue I had. And explain to me that he will wave the diagnostics fee.
This place I will recommend for customers service and the above and beyond workmanship of trying to solve the problem.
I fixed the issue myself in the end with purchasing a new M.2 SSD and now my PC is back up and running”
“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”
