Here's what you need to know: 1) They did an impeccable job in repairing the side fender, front grill and headlight – Car looked brand new, 2) They worked quickly and seamlessly with my insurance company so that I was not responsible for anything more than my deductible, 3) They provided a very reasonable time period to complete the work – about one week, and finished the repairs within the projected timeline, and 4) Trevor, and his team, are all very professional and pleasant to work with and are also extremely prompt in replying to emails during the process. Nobody wants to deal with a damaged car, but Sharon Auto Body made the situation as stress-free as possible. Would highly recommend!”

“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! “Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Not something I’ve come to expect at other auto parts stores.I came here to get brakes for my car. I had some miscommunication with the employee and got the wrong brakes. I came back to get the correct brakes. Turns out the correct brakes were a decent amount more expensive but they gave them to me without charging me and took the blame for our miscommunication. Outstanding customer service.”
