Never miss this place during maple week. Situated in Dover plains in the Dutchess we enjoyed learning the process of maple syrup making. Delicious snacks and we learnt a lot. Beautiful views.

Scenic hayride to the pumpkin patch where a plumper was found. At the stall some doughnuts and a roll were acquired. Inside some packaged maple syrup candies and a bottle of syrup. Picnic tables available for those ordering chow on site. Friendly staff and parking in grassy lot across the roadway.
