There are several booths so I believed that this is a restaurant. It definitely is not. The table was dirty, the pizza was served in a take-out box, the paper plates and napkins were the cheapest possible. There was no music playing, but it was warm enough to eat without a coat on, No beer was available. The water in the dispenser was brown. So if it's a take-out only site I would rate on food quality: We had wings and pizza. The pizza toppings list is very short. Many standard toppings weren't available. The toppings were not generous on the pizza, but were evenly distributed. The mushrooms were canned. The total bill were extraordinarily expensive. We'd have done better to buy and bake a good quality frozen pizza at home

Too dang expensive for pizza. My wife can make better pizza and it only costs us $2.50-ish. Obviously, we don't have the operating expenses of a family-owned pizzeria, but man the convenience is just not worth it.I wish small businesses could actually stay competitive, but the owner insists in their review responses that it's just not possible to lower costs. So staffing issues, high prices. and just 'decent' food. Does not compute to me.If you are quick to spend $$$ I do implore you to choose Carrozza over some franchise pizza place (please support local), but honestly, even then I'd recommend just learning how to make pizza at this point. It'll take you time to master it, but it's very easy and quite fun to make a delicious pizza from scratch.

This review is for the torpedoes... Not great. I have had hot subs from many places, near and far. These sucked. Not inedible, just like, aw man, I paid 10 bucks a piece for this? Buffalo chicken: dry chicken, a lil sauce, the end. Chicken parm: dry chicken, lil sauce, little cheese... I guess... I like to support local businesses, so I will still buy the pizza once and a while, but the torpedoes do not get my endorsement.

The older lady that works there is so rude to customers! Never smiles! My husband asked if she could leave off some mushrooms on a sheet pizza! Like maybe 2 slices! She told my husband No !! She couldn't do that! My husband wanted to walk out! The food is so expensive an there is nothing special about the food! At the napkin station, it was so dirty & dusty, like they never ever wiped that area down! Disgusting! Will not go back an recommend that no one should go there!

Very nice! The food is good, and I like the attention to customer satisfaction. The young man spun the box around, showed me the pizza for my approval before they rang it up. Some places leave opening the box to be a surprise for the privacy of your own home. Highly recommended.

The Garlic knots are a must have, cant help but have some every time you see them glistening with garlic butter. The Staff have been friendly every time I've been in. Cant wait to stop by there again next time I'm out that way!

Completely worthless with answering your calls. Placed on hold 3 times after several minutes. Was told "We are really backed up" Well you know a phone call is just as important as the person nside. Noone seems to know how to run a business anymore or care to.

Back home for a while and headed straight to Carrozza's to get my pizza fix. Been coming here to the little town of Dryden for years and found the atmosphere to be a little more laid back and comfortable. No being rushed through dinner like other pizza places looking just to turn tables. We are always able to take as long as we want to eat and actually connect and establish a great rapport with the staff and heaven forbid have a little fun! Being the meat lovers that we are the family fave is the Carnivore pizza with pepperoni, sausage meatballs, ham and DO NOT forget the bacon. Gives me the meat sweats just thinking about it. The only problem I have is I sadly can't get an ice cold beer to wash it all down with. Oh well no place is perfect, but Carrozza's comes pretty close in my book.
