I am very pleased with the service I received here. The front desk staff were informative, helpful and prompt with following up. The nurse, Patricia I believe, was so nice. She even gave me a tour! Then Dr. Hektor. Very professional. She listened to everything I had to say and responded accordingly. I am so happy to have found this location. Thank you.

They believe that yelling is the option when you ask to see your doctor. But because if you stand up for yourself they send you a letter that you are no longer able to go there. Also they won’t give medical records that you requested even if you are over the age of 18

Been going for years. After the switch it is worthless, even less than that. Just try to get an appointment. Over 2 months now, so I've been self trying care. Never a call back, no referalls...nuthin.

I have been seeing Kelli for years. My whole family has including my son. Since the switch to CMA this office has been HORRIBLE. Calling for an appointment and getting any of your information is an absolute nightmare. You get put on hold forever or transferred to a million different people. The nurses don’t even have any idea what they’re doing anymore. Leave the mom and pop offices ALONE!

Told my grandmother that they will have to reschedule her appointment that she made a year ago because the doctor there is going on vacation. I'm sorry, but if you made an appointment.. honor it or get another doctor to do it instead, don't just cancel it.

First off, great doctors! But..25 min on hold to cancel an appointment is too long.. Hope this improves.

I love my doctor. I have been seeing Kelly for years. I moved out of state for a year and when I came back she remembered me, even minor details that I had forgotten I had told her! She is by far, the best medical provider I've ever seen (I'm 43 w health issues so i have seen my share of docs), I cannot say enough good things about her. Also, the front office staff (especially Olive----she is absolutely the most friendly, understanding and kind office assistant I have ever dealt with.....and No, I do not know her personally, lol) is exceptional. Patient, kind, understanding and willing to go out of their way to help. I use TCAT, so going there is a whole day (or if I time it juuuuust right, half day) thing, but when possible they are willing to do telehealth consultation and even when I have to go out to Dryden, it's beyond worth it. I have never had more than a 15-20 minute wait, which compared to other offices is not bad at all. I highly recommend this doctors office, and espresso Kelly Hektor!!!

I have found the nurses and doctors at Dryden Family Medicine generally good to work with, although the last visit I had with one of the doctors I seemed to know more about my condition than she did and she had obviously not read up on my file beforehand because didn't know any of my background or history or why I was there. (It probably doesn't help that they have 15 minutes booked for an appt, they probably don't have time to do any actual background reading on the next patient. ) My biggest issue was I was charged $625 dollars for a 15 minute appointment with the doctor that was just a question and answer session, not a treatment appointment. Really? How does someone without insurance every get medical advice? Our health care system in this country is severely broken.

I absolutely love this office. I am super picky when it comes to my doctors. Everyone in this office is super helpful and welcoming. Unlike most offices now a days, you the patient are thier primary concern. Thier patient portal is super easy to use and get in touch with them when you need to. I make the 1 hour drive to this office and pay out of pocket as my insurance is considered out of network. It's well worth my money for the services they provide. I highly recommend this office. I can't thank them all enough.

Today 08/26/21 Would not see me to help me with the worst tooth pain of my life. Told me to just take ibuprofin and the antibiotics I was prescribed and that if I came in the office essentially there was nothing they could do. Doctors have an obligation to treat the pain of their patients and if they are not doing so they are failing their community. Who do we go to when we are having pain that makes us unable to do any of our daily tasks or job. And hopefully you don't have a job because how are you going to do your job when all you can think off is the pain in your tooth. Good luck to anyone in pain who is going to visit this office. Anyone who has dealt with tooth pain knows how painful it can get. It's no joke and very serious. These doctors have forgotten the code they swear too, to do no harm to any patient.Backstory: Dentist had pulled my tooth because it was infected and the tooth next to it had started to hurt. The dentist (Star Dental Cortland) said he would not prescribe anything stronger then ibuprofin and the antibiotics he had given me. I am in horrible pain what am I to do then? This is why i called their office and was met with this response.

I love this office I see Keli Hector and she truly is one of the best health care providers I have ever had. Good things take time so a little wait is so worth it. Outstanding care.

I’ve been generally happy with DFM for the last three years. Yes, I’ve had to wait for 20-30 minutes a few times but this is a small price to pay for a doctor who gives me the time I need, does not make me feel rushed and actually listens to my concerns. The nurses and office staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. DFM is convenient for me and I like that it has an in-house lab. My only issue is that the check-in window is wide open to the waiting room and should have sliding glass windows. I have clearly heard conversations that should have taken place privately.

We always have to wait for over a hour to even get into the room to see the doctor. That's not mentioning the 20 minute wait in that room. So dont plan any events after your appoappoint . Chances are you will be late. In other words pack a lunch you have will have a wait ! Doctors are good but the wait is worse than any other place I have been .
