If I could go zero I would. I brought my loved one from NC as her final wishes was to be placed on top of her mother. I had notes from when she called and asked price she wrote down $450 she never got around to pay for it. I had called at the end of July and was quoted the same price. Ok packed up got there Wednesday 12th she was to be buried on the 13th at noon. Well when my Father and I walked in, we were greeted and the gentleman was nice. He said $700 I stopped and said when did this change I was told $450. He did some texting on his phone and a call and the person both me and my aunt quoted 450 had made a “mistake” . Wherever I have worked in my life you had to pay for your mistakes. This was a very serious mistake. The price is outrageous to dig a 3 foot hole. We were stuck pay it or drive back 700 miles back to NC! Got up the money paid. I wanted a quote on stone for her, wanted a quote on engraving for another loved one. I told both the man in office and the man that was to dig hole. They took my phone number to call me….still no call. I cleaned my loved one’s stones that day and still no call. Ok now to day to place her, 12pm. My aunt was late to her own wedding she said she would be late to this. Nooo I made it at 11 55 am. The person that was to put her in the ground was late. No for warning he would be late. I had to call the office to find out the time. The lady that answered was polite at first well when I am mad very unhappy instead of apologizing and concerns she kind of laughed it off. This whole experience with this business was very unpleasant left a bad feeling for this southern girl raised by two northern parents. I am hoping I will get a call from owner with this review. Feel very ripped off. $700 to open a grave to place another loved one. Just ridiculous”
