My wife made an appointment for us to have our taxes done. When we arrived at our appointment, the person we were supposed to be meeting with was not available, we were not notified ahead of time that this person was not available. Another office worker rescheduled our appointment for the following Thursday, two days later. When my wife and I arrived our our appointment, the business was closed. We called the phone number and were told that the business had adjusted its hours. After returning home we found an email where they had tried to contact us, but they tried to reschedule the appointment with less than 24hrs notice. After driving to the office twice and not being served, we’ll go elsewhere.
