Ketchum's General Repairs

Auto Repair
Hours: **Ketchum's General Repairs** is a fantastic and honest mechanic that goes above and beyond for customers. They are professional, super friendly, and competent. The shop squeezed a customer in for emergency brake help during a very busy day, getting them back on the road in a few hours. Another customer brought their own parts from Autozone, and Ketchum's did not give them a hard time, completing a brake pad and rotor replacement within the day. They also found a leak in the oil tank, replaced it for a great price, changed the oil, and even filled up the wiper fluid. The wrecker driver went out of his way on his own time to help someone put a project away safely. In one case, after a customer hit a coyote at 5 o’clock in the morning, the team came right out to pick them up, brought them to a nearby diner, and provided frequent updates. They worked seamlessly with a local body shop, offering exceptional service and communication throughout the entire process. Ketchum's is a place that truly takes care of the locals and reminds customers of the times when repair shops actually cared. Highly recommend for any repair needs.
